New rules for handling health certificates
The new regulations for handling health certificates are to cancel the preventive medical examination fee, engage in food production and operation, provide services in public places, specialize in the production of cosmetics and disposable medical and health care products, and engage in toxic, harmful and radioactive operations. People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law (revised 20 18)
Article 45 Food producers and business operators shall establish and implement the health management system for employees. Persons suffering from diseases that hinder food safety as stipulated by the administrative department of health of the State Council shall not engage in direct contact with imported food. Food production and marketing personnel engaged in direct contact with imported food shall undergo annual health examination and obtain health certificates before taking up their posts.
Article 7 of the Regulations on Public Health and Safety Management
Personnel who directly serve customers in public places can only engage in their own work with the Health Certificate. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured.
Article 7 of the Regulations on Hygienic Supervision of Cosmetics, the personnel directly engaged in cosmetics production must have an annual health examination and obtain a health certificate before they can engage in cosmetics production activities.
Anyone who suffers from tinea manuum, onychomycosis, hand eczema, hand psoriasis or scales, exudative dermatosis, dysentery, typhoid, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis and other infectious diseases may not directly engage in cosmetics production activities.
First, the new rules for handling health certificates in 2020
In order to ensure the health and safety of the service industry, China's laws stipulate that those who meet the relevant employment conditions should apply for a health certificate. In this regard, new regulations have been promulgated. According to the Notice on Clearing and Standardizing a Batch of Administrative Fees jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on March 15 this year, the preventive medical examination fee will be cancelled on April 1 day. Second, which industries must have health certificates?
According to Article 7 of the Food Safety Law, Article 7 of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places and other laws and regulations, relevant personnel engaged in food production and management, public service, professional production of cosmetics, disposable medical and health care products, toxic and hazardous and radioactive operations, and kindergartens must hold health certificates.
The main diseases involved in health examination are dysentery, typhoid fever, active tuberculosis, dermatosis (infectious) and other infectious diseases. If you find these diseases, don't engage in hairdressing and beauty, direct contact with imported food, public toilets and other work that directly serves customers. You can only work if you are cured.
On June 1 day, 2009, China formally implemented the new Food Safety Law, and on July 20th, China issued the implementing regulations to allow hepatitis B virus carriers to engage in the food industry.
