1. Requirements for applying for nurse practice registration

Pass the nurse qualification examination organized by the Health Planning Commission; 4. Meet the health standards stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Nurse Practice Registration.

5. A valid certificate of the position of nurse to be employed by the medical institution (excluding the position of nurse assistant or assistant nurse and paramedic).

7. The "Guangdong Provincial Nurses' Registered Health Examination Form" (original) issued by the second-level hospitals and maternal and child health hospitals where the employer is located within 6 months.

10, in other provinces or other cities in the province to participate in the national nursing professional qualification examination at the beginning (bachelor) level or obtain a nurse's practice qualification certificate, and apply for a nurse's practice certificate in our province, you must submit the original unregistered certificate issued by the Provincial Health Department or other cities in the province.

Those who have passed the national junior (bachelor's) qualification examination for nurses or have not registered within two years after obtaining the nurse's practice qualification shall also submit the certificate that they have been trained in the hospital designated by the health administrative department responsible for registration for 3-6 months and passed the clinical practice examination when applying for registration.
12. Nurses who intend to practice in for-profit medical institutions and internal medical institutions are required to provide a copy of the practice license of their own medical institutions.
