Curriculum implementation:

First of all, the course introduction

(1) Introduction by the teacher:

Students, Jackie Chan once acted in a movie "Who am I". In this movie, Jackie Chan plays a man who has lost his memory. He doesn't know who he is, and he is very painful. (The course presents Jackie Chan's "Who am I" stills)

So, do all our classmates here clearly know who I am? (Students think)

Students often talk to me about their troubles: Sometimes I am confident, sometimes I feel inferior; Sometimes I like to make friends, sometimes I like to be alone; I am sometimes cheerful and sometimes distressed; Sometimes my life is full of sunshine, and sometimes it is cloudy. How many times have I looked at myself in the mirror and confided in my diary, but I still don't know who I am. ? (Courseware demonstration)

Do you have similar troubles? What's their problem? (self-concept is chaotic, and it is impossible to understand yourself comprehensively and objectively. I don't know? Who am I? )

(2) Teacher's summary:

? Who am I? This topic seems simple, but it is not easy to really understand yourself objectively and comprehensively. There is an old saying in China. People are expensive and know themselves? In other words, it is very valuable for a person to know himself. Moreover, only by knowing yourself can a person understand his own advantages and disadvantages, establish his own goals and directions, and find a better self. So do you want to know yourself better? Our exploration trip today will give you a more objective and comprehensive understanding of yourself.

Psychological School: Self and Self-knowledge It is very important for our development to know ourselves correctly. From what aspects and through what channels can we obtain an objective and comprehensive self-understanding?

(A) the connotation of self

In fact, the human ego includes three aspects:

? Physical me (my age, height, weight, appearance, voice, etc. )

I am tall, I am heavy, and my eyes are beautiful.

? Psychological self (a person's intelligence, mood, personality, temperament, hobbies, morality, outlook on life, etc.). )

I love to laugh, I feel a little inferior, and I am very capable.

? Social self (individual's position, role, relationship with others, etc.). )

What do people say about me? Do I get along well with others?

(2) Know your own methods

Introduction? Johari window? Theory:

According to whether you and others know yourself, you can divide your own understanding of yourself into four areas.

Know yourself and not know yourself.

Others know the public, I blind me.

Others don't know privacy, and I don't know me.

In the individual's self-consciousness, there are actually only two levels: the open level and the hidden level. Individuals consciously and selectively decide what to let others know and what not to let others know. If we expose ourselves more, the hidden level will shrink and the open level will expand. There are also two levels in the consciousness of the object we contact: the open level and the blind spot level. They can choose whether to tell us what they think of us. If they exchange more ideas (feedback) with us, the blind spot level will naturally shrink and the open level will naturally expand.

If we really want to know ourselves, we should expand the public, expose our privacy, narrow our blind spots and discover the unknown.

Two basic ways to understand autonomy:

? examine/search one's conscience/heart

? Comments from others (classmates, friends, parents, teachers, etc.). )

Theme activity: look in the mirror (heart mirror) Goal: strengthen self-awareness and simply reflect on our understanding of ourselves (background music: a girl's prayer).

Explanation: people's understanding of themselves is actually a kind of constant self-reflection. This not only helps us to improve our understanding of ourselves, but also helps us to know where we can improve ourselves better, which is of great benefit to our own development. Now let's do an activity: look in the mirror. This mirror is not hung in front of you, but hidden in your heart, called cardioscope. (1) Activity 1: Look in the mirror.

1. Please close your eyes and imagine a mirror (cardioscope) in your mind. You look in the mirror and meditate in the music: Do you see yourself in the mirror? What are you like in the mirror? What's your expression in the mirror? Is it beautiful? Are you happy? Independent? How about interpersonal relationships? What are the advantages or advantages? What are the shortcomings or limitations? What do the people inside need-

2. Discussion and communication:

What do you see in the mirror? What about you? Share it with everyone; Tell me about your overall evaluation of yourself in the mirror.

Activity 2: Please leave a message on my back.

Objective: To know oneself from multiple angles and gain objective and true self-knowledge. (Background song "Romance of Love")

Operation:

Explanation: just now, we looked at ourselves in the mirror and got a self-portrait But we find that in the mirror, we can only see our front, vaguely see our side, and can't see our back clearly. In other words, we have some advantages or disadvantages that we don't know about, and we need to find them with the help of others' eyes. Take people as a mirror, you can know the gains and losses. What do people say about us? His portrait? . Only by summarizing and integrating these two aspects of information can we get a relatively objective and true me. Do any students want to know what you look like in other people's eyes? This is our activity: please leave a message on my back.

1, one for each person, write down your name on the top line of the paper, help each other fix the paper on your back with a pin, and then write a message on your classmate's back, so that you can walk around the classroom. In the process of leaving messages, students don't speak, but communicate in a nonverbal way. The content of the message is what you know about this person, including strengths, weaknesses and suggestions (write personal style). You can also write a sentence you want to say to him most, without registering your name, and then take off the paper after the activity.

Everyone wants real and pertinent opinions and suggestions. How about one? Contract? : Treat this activity sincerely, objectively and responsibly, OK?

After a while, please sit down and take the white paper off your back. )

2. Discussion and communication:

Teacher: Look at what others have written for themselves. Thinking:

? Do you think of yourself the same as others think of you? What are the similarities and differences?

? Why are there inconsistencies? Did you know that? Blind spot? Really? These (really you didn't realize in the past)? Blind spot? Do you approve the content yourself? Some students may have misunderstood you, and some students may not be sure. If you are not sure, please try further verification in another week. )

? Through this journey of self-exploration, through the two-way interaction between our teachers and students, I believe everyone has a better understanding of themselves. What are your feelings and gains from participating in this activity? Please share his thoughts with the class. )

Third, the harvest garden: class summary

Students, have a comprehensive and objective understanding of yourself, like? Rome was not built in a day? Usually you need to work hard. If we can consciously analyze ourselves and establish a positive self-concept, we will not only know what our strengths are, but also feel proud and confident, and we will also know where our weaknesses are, and we will not deny ourselves because of our own circles. Only by making full use of our own advantages and consciously making up for our own shortcomings can we develop ourselves better. I sincerely hope that we can work together and get to know each other better in the future? Who am I? Lay a good foundation for your take-off.
