Third, help students grow up healthily through the psychological counseling room.

For students, parents and teachers who have psychological troubles or problems, open the big recess every afternoon, provide scientific and effective psychological counseling, give necessary crisis intervention in time, and improve the level of mental health.

Our psychological counseling room is called "Heart Bridge Appointment", with 2 functional rooms and 7 functional areas: emotional venting area, individual counseling area, sand table counseling area, psychological evaluation area, group activity area, file area and appointment reception area. 2 computers, 2 air conditioners, 1 telephone, 1 printer, 6 sofas, 2 display boards, 1 water dispenser, 2 exhaust devices, 1 sand table, 2 sets of collective activity tables and chairs, 48 round stools, 1 set of collective activity box. There are 2 full-time teachers and 3 people who have obtained the certificate of psychological counselor, who are responsible for the mental health education of the whole school, insisting on the combination of development, prevention and crisis intervention, and insisting on the combination of facing the whole people and paying attention to individual differences.

Counseling activities were carried out through interviews, telephone calls, letters, psychological books and periodicals, WeChat official account, 525 Mental Health Festival and 10 Mental Health Day publicity. Created a psychological education special issue "Heart Bridge has an appointment" and WeChat official account "Heart Bridge has an appointment". Timely feedback the effects of students' psychological tests, group counseling, classroom teaching, reading books, drawing images, individual counseling and other activities, and form a strong mental health education atmosphere, so that teachers and students can pay attention to their mental health and eliminate misunderstandings about psychological counseling.

When students suffer from self-injury and violence, full-time psychological teachers intervene in time to combine parents, class teachers and schools to minimize the influence of people involved in crisis events and provide strong support for school management.

In order to sum up the experience of mental health in time, have a more lasting impact on students, and make our school's mental health education stand higher and go further, full-time teachers use the psychological tabloid "Heart Bridge Mailbox" to popularize mental health knowledge, guide freshmen to adapt, give guidance before grade three, release classroom feelings, guide family education, and decompress teachers. ...

In addition, parents' schools have been set up to provide parents with counseling courses on adolescent mental health education. Renew parents' education concepts, optimize family education, and build a bridge between home and school through parent-teacher conferences, lectures, parents' experience exchange meetings, reports, individual consultations and other forms.

The purpose of school mental health education activities is to improve students' psychological quality, fully develop their potential, cultivate their optimistic psychological quality, promote the sound development of students' personality and ideological and moral construction, so as to enhance the connotation development of the school, enhance teachers' sense of professional accomplishment, overcome job burnout and promote the comprehensive implementation of quality education in the school.
