Why do you have prostate pain?

Prostatic pain is a common prostate disease, which usually causes spasmodic pain in male urethral muscles, prostate muscles, or perineum and pelvic floor muscles, making men miserable.

There are many causes of prostate pain, including:

Long-term habitual constipation: due to the characteristics of anatomical location, the posterior lobe of prostate is close to rectum. If constipation occurs, feces will press the prostate forward in the rectum, causing local blood circulation disorder. In addition, constipation will produce some toxins, causing systemic dysfunction and reducing the immune level of the body.

Irritating food such as chili: After eating chili, it can stimulate digestive tract and urinary tract congestion, and easily cause constipation. These are very unfavorable to the local metabolism of prostate and will induce inflammation.

Alcoholism: commonly known as "drinking big wine". The proper medical term is "alcohol dependence". Such people are very close to and love wine. When drinking alcohol, the capillaries of the whole body can be congested, causing mild edema, and the prostate is no exception. There are muscle fiber connective tissues around the prostate.

Sedentary: Some are professional reasons, such as long-distance drivers, and some are habits, such as sitting and playing mahjong for 4-5 hours. On the one hand, abdominal pressure increases the pressure on the prostate. On the other hand, when sitting, the prostate body is in a horizontal position, and its urethra and prostate are in the same plane position as the prostate tube opening in it. Therefore, if there are bacteria in urine, it is easy to retrograde into the glandular duct, causing inflammation.
