Since my child went to kindergarten, every time I went to pick him up, he would say to me, "Mom, I'm hungry. I want to eat." It's pitiful to watch children go hungry after school. Sometimes I buy some buns, bread or biscuits for my children. I often buy these snacks for my children, but I am afraid that my children will be ill after eating them and feel that I am an incompetent mother. When I am free, I usually make healthy buns or jiaozi and wonton for my children and put them in the refrigerator. Before picking up the child, keep it warm in the pot so that the child can eat it as soon as he comes back.
There is still half an hour to pick up the children, and the steamed stuffed bun, jiaozi and wonton in the refrigerator are all finished. Xiaolan is going to try some new eating methods for her children. Its practice is simple and quick, nutritious and appetizing, delicious and beautiful, with little seasoning and health. Try it if you like!
Prepare ingredients:
2 tomatoes, 1 egg and shallots.
Step one:
First, scrub the tomato surface with a little salt and flour, and then cut it into tomato rings about 0.5 cm. Two tomatoes are cut into six tomato rings.
Step two:
Cut the tomato heart directly from the tomato ring with a kitchen knife. Don't cut the tomato rings. This is a hollow tomato ring.
Step 3:
Remove the remaining tomato scraps, and then chop them into small pieces with the cut tomato heart. Xiaolan forgot to buy shallots, so she peeled two shallots and cut them into small pieces.
Step 4:
Put the chopped tomatoes and chopped shallots into a clean pot, then beat in a soil egg and stir it evenly with chopsticks, then add two teaspoons of flour, about 25g, and add a proper amount of salt according to personal taste, and continue to stir it evenly for later use.
Step five:
Prepare a clean pan, pour a little oil, wipe off the oil directly with a wooden shovel, and put six tomato rings evenly into the pan, just in place.
Step 6:
Spoon the tomato and egg batter into the tomato ring with a small spoon, fill it in a circle, gently smooth it, and fry it for 2 or 3 minutes on low heat, without covering it, as you like.
Step 7:
Fry until the bottom is shaped and completely solidified, then turn the other side with a spatula, continue frying for 2 minutes on low heat, turn the other side again, turn the other side every half minute until both sides are golden and cooked, and turn off the heat and take out the pot.
Tips:
1, don't buy too soft tomatoes to make this delicious food. They are too soft to cut. Cut them into about 0.5 cm. Don't cut too thick. They are too thick to fry.
Xiaolan forgot to buy shallots. You can put fresh shallots. If you like to eat eggs, you can put one or two more.
