After determining the integrity risk level, each office and directly affiliated unit shall designate special personnel to compile the integrity risk management catalogue of the office and the unit, itemizing the basis, boundaries and responsibilities, integrity risk points, integrity risk level and other contents of exercising post power, and publishing them within an appropriate scope after being examined and approved by the main leading collective of the office and the unit. According to the risk level of clean government, determine the responsible personnel. The first-level clean government risk is the responsibility of the main leaders of the bureau team, the second-level clean government risk is the responsibility of the leaders in charge of the bureau, and the third-level clean government risk is the responsibility of the leaders of the offices or units.
