How to be healthy?

Hello, it is generally believed that no disease or disability means health; Medical staff once thought that "a strong body and perfect functions, and can play its role" is health. With the development of medical science, people realize that health is a complex comprehensive state, so the World Health Organization puts forward that health is not only the absence of disease or physical exhaustion, but also a sound physical and mental state and social adaptability. Its connotation mainly includes:

1) People are in a sound and peaceful state, feel comfortable and can lead a normal life;

2) Feeling good about yourself is the basic element of health; Weakness, discomfort and illness make people feel bad;

3) Optimistic, positive-minded, able to adapt to environmental changes, adjust their own state, and actively participate in labor and social undertakings;

4) Be efficient and happy in all kinds of work and labor, be responsible for family and society, and make due contributions;

5) Good moral cultivation does not harm the interests of others and the public.

Health is a complicated life process, which needs to be fought for and maintained.
