Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park is located in the northwest of Hangzhou, Pingyao Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou, on the north side of 104 National Road, about 30 kilometers away from Hangzhou downtown and 60 kilometers away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. The total planned area of the park is 14.33 square kilometers, which is divided into four areas: city site area, Yaoshan ruins area, plain low dam-piedmont long dike area and Gukou high dam area.
Introduction of Hangzhou Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park in 2020 (Traffic Guide during Opening Hours)
According to the interpretation of the heritage value and the basic service needs of tourists, ten areas have been set up, such as the city gate wall, archaeological experience, river course and workshop, Luoshan observation platform, Jiaomo Mountain Palace, Fanshan Tomb, West City Wall Site, Fengshan Research Base, Daguanshan Rest Area and Luyuan.
Punching strategy: Luchengmen Station in the inner city of Liangzhu Ancient City 1
The ancient city of Liangzhu was built on a swamp wetland, with dense river networks and developed water systems, like a water city. Luchengmen here is also the only land transportation channel among the eight Shuichengmen and/kloc-0 Luchengmen currently found in the city site. The three raised platforms are zigzag, and the continuous city wall is divided into four doorways with a width of150m. You can imagine its style and grandeur. You can enter the inner city area through a wide doorway.
Second stop: Shuicheng Gate in the inner city of Liangzhu Ancient City
Shuicheng Gate is distributed around the city wall, with two on each side. The rivers inside and outside the city are connected by sluices, which constitute the internal and external water network and waterway transportation system. Shuicheng Gate is generally 30-60 meters wide. On both sides of Shuicheng Gate, imitation wooden columns stand, which is the display of the location and width of Shuicheng Gate in the park.
Excavation site of south city wall of No.3 station
The wall of Liangzhu ancient city was discovered in 2007. The wall takes advantage of the natural terrain. The bottom is paved with 20-40 cm thick stones, and the upper part is layered with yellow mud from the mountains. The total length is 6 kilometers, the width is between 40 and 60 meters, and the well-preserved area is about 4 meters high, which not only strengthens the foundation, but also prevents the groundwater from eroding the wall. The color of the soil on the wall has obvious ridges, indicating that the soil piled on the wall comes from different places. This method of paving roads with stones and building walls with yellow mud is the first in contemporary sites in the world.
No.4 station wetland Yingcheng exhibition hall
Archaeological research shows that the total length of ancient rivers inside and outside Liangzhu ancient city is about 3 1km. There is a large-scale water conservancy system outside the ancient city, and there are many artificially dug rivers inside and outside the city, forming a complex water transport network. The ancestors of Liangzhu creatively used the techniques of cushion stone, piling, grass wrapped in mud, bank protection stakes and so on to build the ancient city, which embodied the characteristics of people's cities and buildings in wetland environment.
The fifth stop is Shuicheng life and work.
Archaeological excavations have proved that there are 20 artificially piled terraces in Liangzhu ancient city, which is a handicraft workshop area, indicating that craftsmen used to be engaged in handicraft production here. In addition, a large number of animal and plant remains have been found in the ancient city. Archaeological research shows that the diet of ancestors of Liangzhu 5000 years ago is very close to the habits of water towns in the south of the Yangtze River today. Visitors can also experience a craftsman's work 5,000 years ago.
No.6 station luoshan viewing platform
Luoshan is a natural mountain more than 30 meters above sea level. It is located in the northeast corner of Liangzhu ancient city. It is an important part of the city wall, connecting the East City Wall and the North City Wall. Corresponding to Luoshan is Fengshan, located in the southwest corner of the city wall, which together with Luoshan constitute two commanding heights of the ancient city. The organic integration of two natural mountains and artificially piled city walls shows the excellent urban planning ability of Liangzhu ancestors.
7 th station palace area
Go through the Luoshan observation deck, bypass the east wall and the north wall, and walk to Jiaomoshan Station. This is one of the gold medal punching points in the park. Five thousand years ago, the Palace District was here.
Jiaomoshan terraced fields are located in the center of the ancient city. This platform is 10 meter high, 630 meters long from east to west, 450 meters wide from north to south, covering an area of 0.3 square kilometers, and the earthwork volume is as high as 2.28 million cubic meters. There is no intermittence between the soil layers of the platform, indicating that it should be accumulated for a short time.
At the same time, there are three mounds on the top of the platform, namely Damojiao Mountain, Xiao Mo Jiaoshan Mountain and Wugui Mountain. In the middle of the three earthen platforms is a battlefield of 70,000 square meters. Standing on the platform of Jiaomo Mountain and looking around, there is a feeling that "the city is under control".
Damuzuo Sculpture in No.8 Station
More than 10 large wooden members with a length of 10 m were found in the Zhongjiagang ancient river on the east side of Jiaomoshan Palace, and most of them were processed smoothly. According to archaeological speculation, this area is likely to be the dock where wood and other materials are transported to Jiaomo Mountain, and it is also a processing factory that provides wood components for palace buildings.
Jiu Zhan mo jiao shan academy
Starting from Damojiao Mountain and walking along the corridor, you can reach Mojiaoshan Academy. The academy is located in the service point of Hecun, which is a non-profit public welfare place. Here, visitors can read books and experience the pottery-making process during the tour. At the same time, the college also provides comprehensive supporting services such as coffee and light food.
10 Station Fanshanling
The Anti-Mountain Mausoleum is located in the northwest of Jiaomo Mountain Palace, separated by a river, but it was arranged after the death of the "Liangzhu King" in Liangzhu period.
The anti-mountain cemetery is divided into two rows, and more than 200 groups of jade, stone tools, ivory, jade-inlaid lacquerware and pottery/kloc-0 have been unearthed. From the arrangement position, specifications, the number and types of funerary objects, we can reflect the status of the tomb owner before his death and the gender of the tomb owner.
Tomb 12 in the middle of the south row has the highest grade, and tomb No.20 in the north row has the highest grade. Tomb 22 and Tomb 23 unearthed jade emperors and jade textile tools to identify women, but no jade and stone tablets representing military power were found. Presumably, the owner of the tomb should be a woman. The other grave owners are all men.
Tom Buno. 12, located in the center of the cemetery, is the tomb with the highest mountain resistance and the richest funerary objects. * * * * unearthed 658 pieces, including 647 jade articles. The largest jade cong and jade house unearthed so far represent the divine right and military power respectively, which proves the reverence status and supreme rights of the tomb owner.
1 1 Zhanfanshan Mausoleum Exhibition Hall
The indoor exhibition hall displays 1 1 pieces of Liangzhu cultural period tombs discovered by archaeologists at the anti-mountain site since1/and 1200 pieces of unearthed stone tools, pottery, jade, ivory, lacquer wood, etc. In the exhibition hall, all kinds of multimedia equipment will help visitors better understand past lives, which is a great help to the mountains and tombs.
12 Station Jiangjiashan Cemetery
Men's and women's tombs in Jiangjiashan cemetery are alternately distributed, including the tombs of senior nobles, ordinary civilians and even children's tombs with few funerary objects. It is speculated that this place is a family cemetery, which reflects the family structure and family organization of the aristocratic class in Liangzhu society to some extent.
