Teachers' mental health standards

Teachers' mental health standards are as follows:

1. Be loyal to the Party's educational cause, be willing to be poor, and set correct personal goals.

At present, there are various educational phenomena in society, such as paid tutoring, money worship, lack of dedication in their posts, lack of earnest teaching and dissatisfaction with teachers' low salaries.

For a long time, the society has given a high evaluation to the profession of teachers. The most outstanding professional teachers in the world are engineers of the human soul. Choosing a career as a teacher means choosing poverty. It is precisely because I have a deep understanding of the profession of teachers that I am unmoved, but I am loyal to the party's educational cause and work conscientiously.

Only by establishing correct and stable personal goals can individuals correctly understand themselves, objectively evaluate themselves, reasonably demand themselves, happily understand and accept their strengths and weaknesses, not set unattainable goals for themselves, and calmly face the injustice, dissatisfaction and imperfection in the world. This mentality is very conducive to maintaining mental health.

2. Control your emotions reasonably.

Some teachers are wronged in their work and frustrated in their careers. They naturally bring their emotions into the classroom, and it is easy to take it out on the students sitting in their own classroom. Students become teachers' punching bags. Some students are disobedient, and teachers hate iron for not turning into steel. Teachers often beat and scold students and punish them physically.

As a result, parents came to school to find trouble with teachers and sued them. It may be effective to properly stimulate the self-esteem of naughty students to correct their problem behaviors. However, it is difficult for teachers to grasp this criterion when they are emotional, which may often hurt students and destroy their image in their hearts.

When you are in a negative mood, you should remind yourself not to criticize students. Teachers should control their negative emotions in front of students, and don't bring frustration into the classroom, let alone vent it on students. Wait until you can calmly deal with the problem before criticizing the students to prevent excessive words and deeds.

3. Give vent to your emotions reasonably.

If a person's bad emotions accumulate too much and can't be properly vented, it is harmful to mental health. This kind of tension lasts too long or its intensity is too large, which may also lead to psychosomatic diseases.

Therefore, teachers should choose appropriate time and reasonable ways to vent their emotions, release psychological pressure in time through good communication, such as friendly communication with colleagues, students and leaders, establish and maintain harmonious interpersonal relationships, and gain the understanding and support of friends, relatives and others in society.

Cry or laugh loudly in an appropriate environment, confide in close trusted friends or relatives, write to yourself or keep a diary; Do strenuous physical labor, indulge in singing, go shopping and so on. You can also travel and climb mountains to cultivate your own sentiment from nature.
