2. Do stretching exercise every night (or yoga, which is actually a stretching exercise, stretching can make blood smooth and prolong life).
3. Maybe I will make regular video calls every night to urge you to exercise, or do stretching exercises together (10 or so, the sooner the better).
Third, diet:
1. Drinking a little vinegar every day can soften blood vessels.
2. Eating 10 raw peanuts every day can replenish blood (I don't know if the elderly are suitable for eating).
Step 3 eat more fruits
4. Don't overeat or drink herbal tea.
