What good living habits should college students cultivate?

Good habits are very important to a person's quality of life. Since I formed the following habits, my state has improved qualitatively and I live a happy and fulfilling life every day.

1. Exercise 4 times a week for more than 30 minutes each time.

Exercise is a good medicine for everything. After a few months, I really feel more energetic, active in thinking, less likely to get sick and in super good health. Most importantly, exercise can make people happy. Running and breathing natural fresh air will make us feel better.

2. Going to bed early for half an hour promotes getting up early.

Going to bed half an hour early every day will make me feel particularly good the next day. I wanted to play with my mobile phone in bed before I started sleeping, but I stopped sleeping without my mobile phone. The next morning, the alarm clock rang. I woke myself up in bed and drove away the sleeping insects. A good day starts with getting up early!

3. Focus on one thing for a while.

Everyone has only one brain and two hands, so you can't multitask. No matter how many things I have to do now, I will finish them one by one. I not only serve as a class committee in the school, but also join a club, so sometimes some work will be piled up together, but I will finish it one by one. Don't worry, it will be more efficient to concentrate on one thing for a while.

4. Rethink and reflect every day.

15 Before going to bed, think about what happened on this day, who we met, whether our behavior was appropriate, whether we wasted time, and whether we made progress since yesterday. This really helped me a lot when I was in college. I can reflect on myself from the resumption and make myself better than yesterday and make progress every day.

5. Read books for more than 30 minutes every day.

Active reading is a person's initiative to give himself strength, enhance his value, and is the biggest weapon to open the gap with his peers. I have kept the habit of reading every day since my freshman year. With the passage of time, I have a broader vision and a more flexible way of doing things.

In fact, college is the most carefree time in our life. We have no academic pressure and no worries at work. Therefore, we should try our best to form some good habits, which are beneficial to our future life. These habits can benefit us for life.
