Counselors should be responsible for the daily teaching management of students. Cooperate with educational administration to complete teaching inspection and student attendance statistics. Responsible for charging students at school. Fully grasp the psychological dynamics of each student in the class and deal with students' problems in time; Understand and master the ideological and political situation of college students, provide timely education and guidance for the hot and focus issues that college students care about, resolve conflicts, participate in handling related emergencies, and maintain campus security and stability;
Counselors refer to school public officials engaged in students' ideological and political education, students' daily management, employment guidance, mental health and the construction of student party groups. Each counselor generally manages one or several classes.
