Being a mentally healthy person will appreciate it. Life doesn't need to be perfect, as long as you have a relaxed smile, as long as you have an enterprising heart and as long as you are satisfied with your actual efforts, you can appreciate others well and others can appreciate you.
To be a mentally healthy person, you should feel at ease. If you walk more than one grid, you win; if you miss one grid, you lose. The victory or defeat is determined according to certain conditions. If you indulge in the words of victory or defeat, you will inevitably form various mental troubles. "Go opponents hate it, but they can't let it go". We really want to win every word, which is a lifelong effort. Hard work is the essence of our life. If you give up victory, failure and hard work, then life will be nothing. Ways to relieve stress:
Everyone inevitably feels the pressure. One was given by myself and the other was requested by others.
Self-created pressure mainly comes from expectation. Everyone will set goals and make plans for themselves. Stress is the spontaneous psychological preparation of body and mind for external stimuli and established goals. Appropriate tension and pressure are necessary to accomplish the task and achieve the goal. If the goal is appropriate, the plan is strong, and the work pace can keep up with the requirements of the plan, the pressure will be reduced. Sometimes I even feel that pressure comes from innovation and challenge. Although the daily step-by-step work may be easier to achieve the goal because of standardized interface and division of labor, the pressure on people is also very small.
