The applicant must be an enterprise legal person. Social organizations, non-governmental organizations, governments and administrative organs may not be applicants for green food. At the same time, the applicant must also meet the following conditions:
1. Have the environmental and technical conditions for green food production;
2. The production has a certain scale, with a perfect quality management system and strong anti-risk ability;
3. The processing enterprise must produce and operate for more than one year before accepting the application.
Second, the certification application requirements
1. The applicant receives the application for the use of green food signs, the questionnaire on enterprises and production and related materials from Zhejiang Green Food Office (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Green Office), or downloads them from the website of the center (website: www.greenfood.org.cn).
2. The applicant shall fill in and submit the Application for the Use of Green Food Signs, the Questionnaire on Enterprises and Production and the following materials (in duplicate) to the local provincial green office:

(2) Production operation procedures (planting procedures, breeding procedures, processing procedures)

Pollution-free agricultural products are the most basic food safety standards that products must follow when entering the market. Their standards are mandatory certification standards, and green food is recommended certification standards. The quality of pollution-free agricultural products is close to grade A green food, which is the primary product production form in the early stage of green food production.
