Preferential policies for nurses' loans

Legal analysis: the relevant state units still have preferential policies for medical staff loans. During the epidemic period, medical personnel and staff involved in epidemic prevention and control in Wuhan can enjoy preferential policies for provident fund loans. Medical staff and staff bought their first house in Wuhan, and the maximum provident fund loan was 840,000. This tilt policy also applies to the choice of enterprises to the public.

Legal basis: Nurses Ordinance

Article 7 A nurse shall obtain a nurse's practice certificate after practicing registration.

To apply for nurse practice registration, the following conditions shall be met:

(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(two) in secondary vocational schools and institutions of higher learning to complete more than 3 years of nursing, midwifery and other ordinary full-time professional courses, including teaching and general hospitals to complete more than 8 months of nursing clinical practice, and obtain the corresponding academic certificates;

(3) Having passed the nurse qualification examination organized by the competent health department of the State Council;

(four) in line with the health standards stipulated by the competent department of health in the State Council.

The application for registration of nurse practice shall be filed within 3 years from the date of passing the nurse qualification examination; If an application is filed within the time limit, in addition to meeting the conditions specified in Items (1), (2) and (4) of the preceding paragraph, it shall also receive clinical nursing training for 3 months in medical and health institutions that meet the conditions specified by the competent health department of the State Council, and pass the examination. Measures for the qualification examination of nurses shall be formulated by the competent health department of the State Council in conjunction with the personnel department of the State Council.

Article 8 Anyone who applies for practicing registration of nurses shall apply to the competent health department that has approved the establishment of a practicing medical institution or put it on record. The competent health department that receives the application shall make a decision within 20 working days from the date of receiving the application, grant registration to those who meet the conditions stipulated in these regulations, and issue a nurse's practice certificate; Do not meet the requirements of this Ordinance, shall not be registered, and explain the reasons in writing.

The validity period of nurse practice registration is 5 years.

Article 9 If a nurse changes her practice place within the validity period of practice registration, she shall report or put on record to the competent health department established by the medical institution that approved her practice. The competent health department that receives the report shall handle the change formalities for it within 7 working days from the date of receiving the report. If a nurse changes her practice place across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the competent health department that receives the report shall also notify the original registration department.
