The specific operation steps are as follows:
1. Open Apple official website (China District, official website).
2. Click "Technical Support" in the menu bar.
3. Click "Technical Support" and the webpage will appear, with "Contact apple Support" in the middle. Let's click on it.
4. In the page that appears, we find the itunes column, and then click "Use Express Lane to solve the problems of iTunes player and iTunes Store" (just click the blue font Express Lane).
5. In the "Fast Track" page that came out, we found "itunes" in "Product Category". Clicking "itunes" will bring up two options in the right column, and then we will click "iTunes Store", and then a "Select Question Category" will appear on the far right. You can choose according to your actual problems. If you encounter the problem of recharging like me, select ".
6. Click the previous "Continue" button to jump to a new page. In the "Problem Description" column of the new page, we select "iTunes Store Account Bill". Then some options will appear below, "What device do you use to connect to the store? ; Which version of iTunes is installed on your computer? ; Select the iTunes Store or App Store in your country. The above options must be selected, and it should be reminded that there are two more to fill in.
