Key points of answering questions
1. Clear purpose
Carry out patient satisfaction survey and collect opinions and suggestions from all aspects of the hospital objectively and fairly, so as to fully grasp the current situation of hospital medical services, especially the medical ethics of medical staff, and then lay the foundation for improving the medical environment and improving the quality of medical services in our hospital.
2. Explain the key points of work
(1) Design a patient satisfaction questionnaire, including: service attitude of medical staff, medical quality, medical environment, etc. The design of the questions should be specific, such as whether you are satisfied with the hygiene of the consulting room and waiting area, whether you are satisfied with the outpatient guidance, the toll collectors at the registration office, the nurses, doctors and pharmacists in the pharmacy, whether the doctors respect the privacy of patients, and suggestions for improvement in our hospital. The topic setting includes objective questions and subjective questions, and patients are welcome to give us opinions and suggestions. The questionnaire will be distributed to all inpatients and outpatients in our hospital, and will be placed in eye-catching positions such as outpatient hall and inpatient hall. For patients who are inconvenient to fill in, such as children and the elderly, they will be filled in by family members or under the guidance of staff.
(2) Hospital random sampling interview. Actively communicate face-to-face with patients in the hospital to understand the most real medical experience of patients after admission and the problems existing in hospital services.
(3) recall past patients. Check the medical records of the hospital, randomly select a number of patients discharged within two weeks, call back to greet their recovery, give necessary health guidance, and finally conduct a satisfaction survey by soliciting opinions.
(4) Form a research report. Sorting out all the information of this satisfaction survey, summarizing the satisfaction and opinions and suggestions of medical ethics and medical skills, classifying the problems found in the survey, putting forward improvement suggestions on how to improve the patient's medical experience and solve the problems existing in the service, and forming a research report.
