Huawei Health cannot connect to the server, so the following methods can be used for troubleshooting:

1. If the mobile phone network is normal.

(1) It is recommended to enter the mobile phone housekeeper >; Flow management, turn off the intelligent current saving switch.

(2) enter mobile phone housekeeper > traffic management (or xxMB remaining) > application networking: under the personal application tab, you can choose to turn on or off the networking permission of an application according to your own needs.
