In order to strengthen the prevention and control measures of the hospital epidemic situation, resolutely prevent the spread of the epidemic situation and ensure the health and safety of patients and caregivers, Linyi High-tech Hospital will continue to strictly implement the prevention and control measures of the epidemic situation. The relevant provisions are hereby notified as follows:
A, into the hospital:
1, please enter and exit according to the designated entrance of the hospital.
Please wear a mask when you enter the hospital.
3, when entering the hospital, need to accept the temperature test, show the health code, cooperate with the staff to carry out epidemiological investigation. Please bring your ID card to register for the elderly and users.
4. Patients who have recently developed fever, cough and other symptoms, and whose "health code" is displayed as yellow or red, and patients who have lived in medium-high risk areas or had close contact with people from this area within 14 days, please go to the fever clinic for screening.
5. The hospital implements real-name registration system registered treatment. Relevant information should be provided truthfully and handled in an orderly manner according to the processing flow. If the information is untrue, doctors do not follow the procedures, or fabricate and spread false epidemics, they may be investigated for legal responsibility.
Second, the outpatient instructions:
1. Please show your ID card when going to the hospital, cooperate with the treatment and triage, and strictly implement "one person, one consultation room".
2. In order to reduce cross infection, our hospital advocates the following points:
(1) The accompanying staff is refused to go to the outpatient clinic. If there are special needs, each patient is accompanied by only one family member;
(2) When waiting for a doctor, please sit at intervals;
③ When waiting in line, please keep a distance of more than 1 meter with other people;
④ Please discard the masks used by medical staff in the medical waste collection bucket.
3. Emergency patients should go to the emergency room in time!
4. People whose body temperature is ≥37.3℃ or who have a suspicious epidemiological history, people with red and yellow codes, overseas people and other key monitoring groups, please cooperate with the registration information of the triage staff and be guided by full-time staff to the fever clinic for screening.
Third, the notice of hospitalization:
1, patients are strictly forbidden to leave the hospital during hospitalization, patients wear wristbands, and escort personnel enter and leave the ward with escort cards.
2. The number of accompanying patients should be reduced as much as possible. It is recommended that a patient leave a chaperone. Under special circumstances, the number of accompanying personnel should be increased according to the condition and doctor's advice. Temporary additional caregivers need to show their "health code" and COVID-19 nucleic acid test report before they can enter the ward with normal body temperature. Please wear a mask and protect yourself. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing.
All wards in the hospital refused to visit. Family members who deliver meals should consciously wear masks when entering the ward, register and check their body temperature, and stay in the ward for no more than 30 minutes. Please don't come to the hospital to accompany or deliver food if you have a cold and fever!
4. All patients and caregivers should have their body temperature tested before admission, and go to the designated area for treatment according to their body temperature. Please actively cooperate with patients and their families.
