Second, the prevention and control requirements
1. Implement control. During this period, we will strictly implement "never leave home, on-site service" and arrange 24-hour patrol to prevent people from moving out and staying at home.
2. All business premises shall be closed.
3. Suspend all party activities and dinners in this area.
4. People outside the area should not enter the area, and special personnel such as life support can keep away from living materials under the condition of good protection.
5. Conduct health monitoring every morning and afternoon.
6. After the implementation of high-risk area management and control, regional nucleic acid screening will be conducted every day in the area. If there is no new infection for five consecutive days, all the people in the risk area have completed a round of nucleic acid screening on the fifth day, which is negative and reduced to a low-risk area. If a new infected person is found during the control period, it will be recalculated for 5 consecutive days from the date when the new infected person is found.
7. Do a good job in psychological counseling and living materials security, provide medical services to special groups such as patients with chronic diseases, and strictly implement closed-loop transshipment for those who really need to go out due to special circumstances such as medical treatment; Standardize disinfection and garbage sorting.
This notice will be dynamically adjusted according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be explained by the novel coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of Chongqing High-tech Zone.
