Before taking up the post, the employing unit shall entrust an occupational health technical service institution with corresponding qualifications according to the relevant provisions of the state and GBZ 188 to analyze the occupational hazards and their impacts on human health (such as target organs, target tissues and biological effect indicators). Determine specific health examination items, and arrange for workers to go to medical and health institutions recognized by health administrative departments at or above the provincial level and qualified for occupational health examination for health examination. The cost of physical examination shall be borne by the employing unit, and a corresponding management system shall be established, with responsibilities in place and a special person responsible for the related work of occupational health examination.
4.8.4 Workers with occupational contraindications are prohibited from engaging in their contraindicated operations.
Occupational health monitoring should cover the treatment of occupational contraindications. The employer shall determine the corresponding occupational contraindications according to the characteristics of occupational harmful factors in the workplace and types of work, and properly handle the workers with occupational contraindications according to the results of occupational health monitoring and the relevant provisions of the state. If there are occupational contraindications found in the pre-job physical examination, they shall not be arranged to engage in jobs that are contraindicated; If it is found during the working period, it shall be transferred from the prohibited post of the laborer.
