After the transfer to the school is confirmed, the parents or other legal guardians of the students apply to the school for transfer; After the original school has approved and issued the Transfer Contact Form according to the specific conditions in Chapter IV of the Measures for the Administration of Student Status, the parents of the students will make good preparations for transfer, and after being approved by the school and stamped with the seal of the guidance office, they will be handed over to the restored school. 3. The transfer-out school shall issue the transfer certificate with the admission notice of the transfer-out school, provide the information of student status, and input the relevant transfer information into the computer. 4. Transfer to the school to receive students with the transfer certificate and student status information, and go through the relevant procedures. The materials that parents need to submit include: (1) student transfer letter. (2) the student's household registration book and a copy of the same household registration book as the parents, and the real estate license of the residential house (purchase agreement or legal lease contract). (3) Primary school students' quality development evaluation handbook or student handbook. 5. Student health record card (or physical examination form of hospitals above urban level). 6. Before the transfer of students to the school is not implemented, the original school shall not issue a transfer certificate. Students who have not applied for transfer shall not be forced to transfer, and the original school shall bear the responsibility for students dropping out of school.
