Operation manual of mental health symptom checklist 90
SCL-90 aims to evaluate individual mental health symptoms from the aspects of feeling, emotion, thinking, behavior, living habits, interpersonal relationships, diet and sleep.
The scale includes 90 items and 9 subscales, which are somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia and psychosis.
(1) Somatization: including 1, 4, 12, 27, 40, 42, 48, 49, 52, 53, 56, 58, * *12. This factor mainly reflects subjective physical discomfort.
(2) Obsessive-compulsive symptoms: 3, 9, 10, 28, 38, 45, 46, 5 1, 55 and 65, *** 10, reflecting clinical obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
(3) Interpersonal sensitivity: including 6,265,438+0,34,36,37,465,438+0,665,438+0,69 and 73, ***9. Mainly refers to the discomfort and inferiority of some individuals, especially when compared with others.
(4) Depression: including 5 14, 15, 20, 22, 26, 29, 30, 3 1, 32, 54, 7 1 and 79, * */kloc-0. Reflect a wide range of concepts related to clinical depressive symptoms.
(5) Anxiety: including 2 17, 23, 33, 39, 57, 72, 78, 80 and 86, *** 10. Refers to the mental symptoms and experiences that are obviously related to anxiety symptoms in clinic.
(6) Hostility: including 1 1, 24, 63, 67, 74 and 8 1, * *. Mainly from the thinking, emotion and behavior to reflect the patient's hostile performance.
(7) Terror: including 13, 25, 47, 50, 70, 75 and 82, ***7 items. It is basically consistent with the content reflected by the traditional state of terror or square terror.
(8) Paranoia: including 8, 18, 43, 68, 76 and 83, ***6 items. Mainly refers to the allegations of doubt and delusion.
(9) Psychopathy: including 7 16, 35, 62, 77, 84, 85, 87, 88 and 90, *** 10. Among them, auditory hallucination, thinking diffusion and insight reflect schizophrenia-like symptoms.
Seven items (19, 44, 59, 60, 64, 66, 89 * *) can't be classified into the above factors, which mainly reflect the sleeping and eating conditions. In some data analysis, we classify them as the factor 10 "other".
