Promote scientific and technological innovation: China will continue to implement the "One Belt, One Road" scientific and technological innovation action plan, hold the first "One Belt, One Road" scientific and technological exchange conference, and expand the number of joint laboratories with other parties to 100 in the next five years to support young scientists from all over the world to work in China for a short time.
