Features include: subjectivity, stability, relativity, comprehensiveness and variability. Subjectivity: Subjective well-being is an individual's subjective evaluation of their own quality of life, so it is influenced by individual values, expectations, experiences and emotions.

Stability: Subjective well-being is relatively stable, that is, the individual's subjective well-being is relatively stable for a period of time and will not change greatly because of short-term events.

Relativity: Subjective well-being is relative, that is, individuals' subjective well-being will be influenced by others. Compared with others, personal income, social status and health status will affect their subjective well-being.
