"Harmonious Mission-2010 "
The hospital ship Peace Ark set sail from Zhoushan on August 31, 2010, and went to the Gulf of Aden and five other countries in Asia and Africa, including Djibouti, Kenya, Tanzania, Seychelles and Bangladesh, to carry out the "Harmonious Mission - 2010" mission. "Harmonious Mission-2011" Mission

Cambodian Friendship Visit and Medical Service
Chinese Navy Peace Ark Hospital Ship On the morning of September 30, 2013, China's Peace Ark Hospital Ship left Sihanoukville Port and returned home after a 6-day friendly visit and medical service to Cambodia. Cambodia is the last stop of the hospital ship's mission, and it has treated 8,170 people for Cambodian military and civilians as well as Chinese and overseas Chinese. The number of people served on the main platform of the hospital ship exceeded 1,000 for three consecutive days, with the highest number reaching 1,275, which set a record high for the number of people treated on a single day of the Harmonious Mission. The maritime hospital dispatched three medical teams*** more than 30 medical personnel every day to carry out medical services in Breno Primary School, Smarjidai Primary School and Udana Middle School in Cambodia; and dispatched a medical team to the Cambodian Naval Yunyong Base Hospital for four consecutive days to serve the local civilians and the military. In addition, the Peace Ark also sent a health service and cultural fellowship detachment to the second orphanage in Alunlei and the third orphanage to carry out health checkups, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and health education, and sent medicine to more than 70 AIDS orphans.
Rescue in the Philippines
The hospital ship Peace Ark set sail from a military port in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, on the morning of Nov. 21, 2013, to carry out a humanitarian medical rescue mission in the disaster area in the Philippines. This is the first time that China has sent a ship to an overseas disaster area to carry out humanitarian medical assistance, and it is another important practice for the People's Navy to carry out diversified military missions.
"Rim of the Pacific-2014" military exercises
Chinese naval ships, consisting of four ships, including the guided-missile destroyer Haikou, the guided-missile frigate Yueyang, the comprehensive supply ship Qiandao Lake, and the Peace Ark Hospital Ship, set sail at noon on June 9, 2014, from the military ports of Sanya and Zhoushan, and went to the United States to participate in the "Rim of the Pacific-2014" military exercises. On June 14, 2014, the fleet participated in the "Rim of the Pacific-2014" exercise in Guam with the U.S. Navy's guided-missile cruiser Josin, destroyer Howard, Singapore's Dreadnought, and the U.S. Navy's Rim of the Pacific-2014, and the U.S. Navy's Rim of the Pacific-2014, and the U.S. Navy's RIMPAC. On June 14, 2014, the formation met with the guided missile cruiser USS Josin, the destroyer USS Howard, and the guided missile frigate USS Intrepid. In the evening, they will form a joint formation to sail to Hawaii.
At 8:00 a.m. local time on August 8, 2014, the Chinese Navy's Peace Ark Hospital Ship crossed the equator and sailed into the South Pacific Ocean. All officers and soldiers accompanying the ship to carry out the "Harmonious Mission-2014" mission held a swearing and signing ceremony on the deck facing the five-star red flag to "fulfill the harmonious mission and dedicate themselves to the practice of strengthening the military".
Visit and medical service in Papua New Guinea
On September 11, 2014, the hospital ship Peace Ark arrived in Port Moresby, the capital of PNG, to begin an eight-day friendly visit and humanitarian medical service.
On behalf of the Commander of the PNG Defense Force (PNGDF) and the PNG military, PNGDF Chief of Staff Gona expressed his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks for the visit of the Peace Ark. He said the visit of the Chinese naval hospital ship is of great significance to the development of the relationship between the two countries and the two militaries, and believed that the visit will certainly write a new chapter for the fast-developing PNG-China relationship.
Removing diseases and saving people
September 29, 2014, at the pier of a military port in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, the Chinese Navy's Peace Ark Hospital Ship, which has successfully completed the "Harmonious Mission-2014" mission, returns to China with honor.
After finishing the "Rim of the Pacific-2014" exercise on August 3, 2014, the Peace Ark Hospital Ship immediately shifted to the "Harmonious Mission-2014" mission, and went to four countries in the South Pacific, including Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu and Papua New Guinea, to carry out visits and medical services. The ship has been on a mission to Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea and four other countries in the South Pacific.
Sailing for 58 days, covering a distance of 9,207 nautical miles, 22,211 outpatient consultations, 110 hospitalizations, and 212 surgeries....... A set of figures linking the Peace Ark's peaceful trajectory of transmitting care and passing on friendship.
