Adverse event level

Legal analysis:

Adverse events are divided into four levels, namely:

Class I (early warning event) Unexpected death, or permanent loss of function caused by natural progress of the disease.

Grade ⅱ (adverse consequences) is the damage to the patient's body and function caused by the diagnosis and treatment activities rather than the disease itself.

Grade III (no consequence event) is wrong in fact, no damage, or slight in consequence, and can be completely recovered without any treatment.

Grade Ⅳ (hidden trouble event) did not form a fact because the error was found in time.

Monitoring method of adverse events: manual monitoring. Mainly to report and manage the adverse events that have occurred, including active reporting and non-active reporting. Generally speaking, manual monitoring methods can monitor various adverse events. Because these monitoring methods are arbitrary, time-consuming and laborious, and their clinical use is limited, they are very helpful for research. Compound monitoring mode. With the development of information technology and the improvement of electronic monitoring means, computer monitoring is gradually introduced, forming a composite monitoring mode combining electronic monitoring with manual monitoring. This monitoring method is accurate, efficient and low-consumption.
