2.5 Special equipment safety and energy-saving technical files
The use of units should be established unit by unit of special equipment safety and energy-saving technical files.
Safety technical files include at least the following:
(1) "use of the registration certificate";
(2) "use of special equipment registration form" (format see Annex B, hereinafter referred to as the use of the registration form);
(3) the design of the special equipment, the manufacturing of technical information and documents, including design documents, product quality certification (including certificates and their Data Sheet, quality certification), installation and use of maintenance instructions, supervision and inspection certificates, type test certificates, etc.;
(4) special equipment installation, renovation and repair of the program, drawings (Note 2-4), material quality certificates and construction quality documents, installation and renovation and repair of supervisory inspection reports, acceptance reports and other technical information;
(5) special equipment regular Self-inspection records and periodic inspection reports;
(6) daily use of special equipment condition records;
(7) special equipment and its ancillary instrumentation maintenance records;
(8) special equipment and safety accessories and safety protection devices calibration, overhaul, replacement of replacement records and related reports;
(9) special equipment operation failure and incident Records and accident reports.
Special equipment energy-saving technology files include boiler energy efficiency test reports, energy-consuming special equipment energy-saving transformation of technical data.
Users should be used in the equipment used to keep 2.5 (1), (2), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9) of the information and special equipment and energy-saving technical files of the original or a copy for inspection.
Note 2-4 industrial pressure piping drawings refers to the pipeline single line drawing (axonometric drawing).
