There are certain requirements for issuing poverty certificates. I have sorted out the application process and application conditions of poverty certificate, hoping to help you.
Application process
1. Students who need to issue a certificate of difficulty must carry it with them to the village or community neighborhood committee where their household registration is located to issue a certificate of difficulty.
2. If you have proof of difficulties such as subsistence allowance, disability certificate, low-income family certificate, urban poor family certificate, medical diagnosis certificate of serious illness, treatment expense invoice, you can carry it with you.
3. After the certificate is issued, it needs to be stamped with the official seal of the neighborhood Committee, and then stamped with the official seal of the township or street level civil affairs (social undertakings) department to take effect. Some schools may need a three-level official seal, that is, the civil affairs department at the next higher level in a township or street is stamped with the official seal. Then give it to the school. Sometimes you need to fill out another application form, and you also need to stamp it.
Requirements for applying for poverty certificate:
(a) residents who have no source of income, no ability to work, and can't decide their dependents or dependents;
(two) residents who have not been re-employed during or after receiving unemployment insurance benefits, and their per capita income is lower than the local minimum living standard;
(3) Residents whose per capita household income is still lower than the local minimum living standard after on-the-job workers and laid-off workers receive wages or minimum wages, basic living expenses and retirees receive pensions;
(four) residents whose per capita income of other families is lower than the local minimum living standard.
In fact, after the poverty certificate is stamped by the government, neighborhood committees and civil affairs offices, it is a three-level poverty certificate.
What else is a three-level poverty certificate? It should be noted that the above three government departments are indispensable, and one chapter constitutes a three-level poverty certificate, which is its most important significance. Moreover, when applying for poverty alleviation, no chapter of this certificate is invalid.
