Article 1 In order to meet the needs of establishing a socialist market economic system, maintain market price order, strengthen social supervision, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, in accordance with the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Price Administration" and These regulations are formulated in accordance with relevant national regulations and in light of the actual conditions of this province. Article 2: All enterprises, administrative institutions and individual industrial and commercial households that purchase, sell goods or collect fees within the province must clearly mark their prices in accordance with these regulations. Article 3: Products are priced using price tags, and charges are priced using price lists. All price tags and price lists shall use Arabic numerals to indicate the RMB amount. The RMB amount indicated on the price tag or price list shall be expressed in yuan, jiao, and cents. The unit of "ten thousand yuan" may be used when pricing commodities for large and huge transactions.

Price labels and price lists should use legal measurement units. Article 4 Product price tags should generally include product name, place of origin, specifications, grade, pricing unit, unit price, signature of the price officer, etc. The price list should generally include the project name, pricing unit, charging standards, etc. Article 5: Commodity price labels and price lists shall be supervised by price inspection agencies at or above the county level. Enterprises can also make price tags or price lists based on the actual conditions of the unit, but they must be approved and supervised by the price inspection agency at or above the city (prefecture) level. No unit or individual may print without authorization.

If it is necessary to increase or decrease the content of price tags or implement different pricing methods due to industry characteristics, or if special commodities (such as art treasures, antiques, etc.) are not suitable for price tagging, they must be approved by the local price inspection agency. Article 6 When filling out and using price tags and price lists, it is necessary to ensure that the price tags and price lists are complete, the price tags are accurate, the handwriting is clear, the goods labels are aligned, and the goods are eye-catching, and the goods are of the same type, product name, specification, origin, grade, and price. The same price tag can be used. It should be replaced in time when the price changes.

No unit or individual may sell goods or charge fees above the listed price. The fee collection should list the specific collection items and standards. If you consume first and settle later, you must issue a settlement receipt, and no additional fees that are not indicated may be charged. Article 7 Those engaged in wholesale business shall indicate the product name, place of origin, grade, pricing unit, wholesale price, etc. on the sales invoice and price tag or price list. Article 8 Those engaged in retail business shall use unified price labels. In self-selected shopping malls (self-selected cabinets), the price can be marked on each item and is not restricted by the content of the unified price tag. Products with reduced prices must be expressed in a public manner to distinguish the price of normal products. Article 9 For commodities traded in the market for means of production (including units supplying and selling means of production), in addition to being priced according to the prescribed content, for commodities with a maximum price stipulated by the state, the maximum price shall be announced in a conspicuous place. Article 10 Houses and real estate traded in the real estate market shall be marked with their location, structure, specifications, pricing unit, area and sales (lease) price. Article 11 Units that purchase agricultural and sideline products and waste materials must publish a purchase price list at the purchase point, indicating the product name, specifications, grade, pricing unit and purchase price. For agricultural and sideline products that have a minimum purchase protection price stipulated by the state, the minimum protection price should be announced in a conspicuous place. Article 12 For commodities that are allowed to be listed in fair markets according to regulations and have fixed stalls, prices must be clearly marked. The market management department shall promptly announce the sales limit and reference prices prescribed by the state for certain commodities.

Market prices are clearly marked, and the price supervision and inspection agencies and market management departments are responsible for implementation. Fresh markets and mobile stalls can also use price tags uniformly produced by the market management department. Those who do not clearly mark prices in accordance with regulations will be investigated and punished by the price supervision and inspection agency or market management department. Article 13: Administrative and institutional charging units shall, in addition to publishing the detailed list of charging items in a conspicuous position at the charging station, shall also hang the charging license issued by the price competent department at the charging place. If there are multiple charging places, copies or photocopies of the charging license may be hung. Article 14 Medical and health units shall publish price lists for commonly used and valuable drugs, examinations, treatments, surgeries, etc. in conspicuous locations at outpatient and inpatient charging offices, pharmacies and related departments. Individual medical practitioners shall publish the price list of various charges in a conspicuous place in the medical practice place. Article 15: For-profit charging units shall implement clear pricing according to the following methods:

(1) Railways, highways, and urban highway passenger transport (including city buses, trams, and taxis) Transportation departments such as civil aviation and civil aviation must publish price lists of passenger fares, cargo freight and miscellaneous charges at ticket offices or other places where business occurs.

Highway passenger vehicles should display a price list of various stations within the operating road section in a conspicuous position in the carriage.

(2) Hotels (including hotels, restaurants, guest houses, etc.) must hang a price list at the accommodation registration office, indicating the equipment of various types of rooms and the charging standards for each suite (bed). When implementing floating prices and seasonal spreads, the price list should be changed at any time. Foreign-related star-rated hotels should display price lists for various guest rooms in both Chinese and English and brochures (leaflets) printing various guest rooms and other service facilities in conspicuous locations.

(3) Catering service industry (including restaurants, coffee houses, music cafes, dance halls, karaoke rooms, cold drink shops, barber shops, photo studios, beauty shops, bathhouses, and laundry and dyeing shops etc.), the price list can be published in a conspicuous place according to the service types and project conditions, specifically indicating the service items, pricing unit, charging standards, etc.

(4) Postal service, telecommunications, theaters, tourist spots, parks (including zoos, amusement parks, etc.), sports competition venues, maintenance and service units, car storage sites and other paid service units or places. A detailed price list or price tag of its charging items must be published in a conspicuous location on its business premises.
