Because Hexi Hospital is the only secondary general hospital in Hexi District at present, the daily outpatient volume is 1.500- 1.800. It is a 24-hour holiday-free hospital with complete diagnosis and treatment subjects, which undertakes the basic medical security for the surrounding 200,000 residents. Even if the current employees are diverted to specialized hospitals and community hospitals, the existing specialized hospitals and community hospitals in the region do not have the functions of secondary general hospitals because of the scale, equipment and facilities, technical strength and other reasons, and cannot undertake or meet the medical needs of hundreds of thousands of residents around them. After all, the specific resettlement plan will largely determine the future and fate of nearly 400 employees in Hexi Hospital. Hexi Hospital used to be a hospital that lost money for many years. In the past three years, through the joint efforts of the new leadership and all the staff, the company has turned losses into profits, which employees cherish very much. Therefore, how can a simple promise that "the staff of Hexi Hospital will be properly placed" make us easily believe that it is an inevitable reaction to worry that our economic income will not be guaranteed and there is no "reassurance". This should also be understood. All staff in Hexi Hospital need policy support and guarantee to ensure that their future income and various treatments will not be affected.
In addition, some specialized specialties, such as hematology, cardiology and diabetes, are useless even if they are diverted to the community. Decades of clinical accumulation, due to the lack of professional diagnosis and treatment atmosphere, such as a strong professional team, laboratory tests and other corresponding auxiliary examinations, all to zero. How to make our professional expertise continue to play a role and develop the doctor's career is also a problem that policy makers should consider.
