1, the preparatory work before starting
1) Check the laser welding machine power supply, water circulation is normal.
2) Check whether the equipment gas link in the machine is normal.
3) Check that the machine surface is free of dust, efflorescence, oil and so on.
2, boot
1) Turn on the power, open the main power switch.
2) Turn on the water cooler, laser generator, etc. in order.
3) Open the argon valve, adjust the gas flow.
4) Enter the current work parameters to be performed.
5) Execute the welding operation.
3, shutdown
1) exit the program, turn off the laser generator.
2) Turn off the dust collector, water cooler and other equipment in order.
3) Close the argon bottle valve.
4) Turn off the main power switch.
Two, laser welding machine precautions
1, in the operation process, such as emergency (water leakage, laser abnormal sound, etc.) need to immediately press the emergency stop and quickly cut off the power supply.
2, must be opened before the operation of the laser welding external circulating water switch.
3, because the laser system uses water cooling, laser power supply using wind cooling, if the cooling system failure, it is strictly prohibited to start work.
4, not to disassemble any parts of the machine, not in the machine when the safety door is open for welding, is strictly prohibited in the laser work, with the eyes looking directly at the laser or reflective laser, and with the eyes of the laser welding head, so as to avoid eye injuries.
5, shall not be flammable, explosive materials placed on the laser light path or the laser beam can be irradiated, so as not to cause fire and explosion.
6, the machine is working, the circuit is high pressure, strong current state, is strictly prohibited in the work of the machine to touch the circuit components.
7, untrained personnel are prohibited from operating the machine.
Three, laser welding machine common failure solutions
Failure 1: start (power), (cooling), the switch is not powered
Solution: the water pressure switch is not acted on, dial down the water supply pipe exhaust, and then insert the water supply pipe.
Failure 2: light can not be lit
Solution: check the pre-fire board 220V with or without; 3A fuse good or bad, xenon lamp good or not.
Failure 3: the lamp has been lit, (automatic) state does not light
Solution: check the large printing plate 3A fuse good or not; connectors are not loose, the working voltage is >200V.
Failure 4: rotate (voltage regulation) screw, voltmeter no indication
Solution: intelligent thyristor rectifier module damage, voltage regulator board has a fault, whether the feedback button is closed, whether the connection line is loose.
Fault 5: during the work, suddenly not out of the laser
Solution: check the pre-fire plate 3A fuse good or not, check whether there is a power failure; check whether the laser cavity leakage.
Fault 6: the work process, the laser intensity becomes weak
Solution: check the laser rod end face there is no water seepage phenomenon, such as shutdown, re-tighten the sealing O-ring, and rod end face cleaning and maintenance; focusing lens pollution, cleaning and maintenance. Check whether the lens is fixed.
Fault 7: During the work process, the buzzer sounded, and soon after the power off, the cooling water temperature exceeds the upper limit of the set temperature
Solution: Check whether the external circulating water valve is open and whether the water circuit is smooth.
