Because the welding quality of this machine is directly related to the ambient temperature, working speed and temperature setting, in order to achieve high quality and high efficiency, it must be operated by special personnel. At the same time, corrosive gas is easy to attach to the surface of the whole machine during welding, which reduces the insulation of the whole machine and causes leakage. For your personal safety, please be sure to regularly scrub the surface of the whole machine with detergent.
1. The user should select a three-core power cord and a three-plug socket not less than 10A (the socket corresponds to the welder plug L, live wire N, neutral wire N and grounding protection wire), confirm that the external wires have been connected, press the lever handle of the machine, and plug in the power plug after the pinch roller is separated.
2. Turn on the power switch, choose a certain temperature and speed, and try to weld several narrow materials. Due to the different ambient temperature and material thickness, the welding selection temperature of the same material is also different. At a constant speed (about 2 m min), choose the temperature from low temperature to high temperature, and slowly adjust it (about 250℃-350℃) to determine the best welding effect.
3. Judgement of welding temperature: For transparent PE material, it can be observed directly, and the weld mark is flat and transparent glass-like, indicating that the speed and temperature are appropriate; The weld mark is seriously damaged, indicating that the temperature is too high or the speed is too slow; If the weld mark is opaque and white, it means that the temperature is low or the speed is fast. For opaque materials, observe whether there are obvious welding marks, or carry out tensile test after it is completely cooled.
4. Straighten the edge of the material to be welded, facing forward, with the lower left and upper right overlapping, and the overlapping width is150 mm. ..
5. After determining the temperature and speed, insert the material to be welded between the two rollers to make the edge of the fuselage equal to the base material, and then close the handle of the pressure bar to weld by itself. Under normal circumstances, the operator only needs to observe whether there is any deviation between the weld trace and the edge of the parent metal, and correct it in a small range in time.
6, at the end of the material, press the lever handle in time, so that the upper and lower rollers are in a state of separation, so as to avoid burning the rubber tire for too long.
7. Due to thermal inertia, if the temperature is too high or too low during welding, the speed can be adjusted in a small range to make up for the temperature deviation.
8. Because the thermal conductivity of stainless steel is slightly worse than that of copper, the speed should not be too fast when using stainless steel hot wedge welding.
9. The welding method in which the welding material and another material form a "T" lap joint, as shown in the figure below. The lap joint on one side of the hot wedge is chamfered, and the length is about 100mm, which is close to the weld mark.
