Total femtosecond laser myopia correction, is a new technique of corneal refractive surgery, also known as femtosecond laser small incision lens removal surgery, relative to the femtosecond laser surgery has been upgraded and improved. Full femtosecond combines the advantages of femtosecond technology and excimer technology into one. Zeiss Full Femtosecond Surgery: Using the latest full femtosecond laser operating system Zeiss of Germany, a microlens is first made in the corneal stroma, followed by a small incision of 2~4mm at the edge of the cornea, and then the microlens is taken out with the special micro intraocular tweezers, which will achieve the purpose of correcting myopia. It is also called full femtosecond because the incision looks like a smile.
