The so-called interventional therapy is to do surgery without surgery, that is, through the extracorporeal manipulation of the catheter or other interventional devices for the treatment of lesions in the body, which is characterized by less trauma, less pain, safe and reliable, and the efficacy of the obvious. The scope of interventional therapy is very wide, covering the whole body, is the product of the development of medicine and high-tech and the combination of the emergence of "interventional therapy", "interventional radiology", "interventional cardiology" and so on, along with the further development of medical technology, will also be divided into the formation of more interventional branch disciplines, which are very wide intersection between each other, the technology of mutual infiltration, and its classification can also be divided from a variety of perspectives. The classification can be made from various perspectives. Interventional treatment of cardiovascular diseases is an important part of interventional cardiology, i.e., in the past, interventional cardiology was mainly based on the diagnostic part, but due to the rapid development of medical imaging in recent years, most of the diagnostic has been replaced by non-invasive imaging technology, so interventional cardiology has been more and more emphasized on the therapeutic part. The interventional treatment of cardiovascular diseases can be roughly divided into the following main parts, namely (1) coronary heart disease interventional therapy; (2) heart valve interventional therapy; (3) congenital heart disease interventional therapy; (4) arrhythmia interventional therapy; (5) interventional therapy of macrovascular disease and peripheral vascular disease interventional therapy, and so on. In addition, with the improvement of medical technology and the continuous development of high-tech medical devices, the scope of interventional therapy will be more and more extensive. From the point of view of interventional therapy technology, its types are also increasing or updating, but the common and more mature cardiovascular disease interventional technology are (1) balloon angioplasty; (2) stenting; (3) radiofrequency ablation; (4) cardiac pacing; (5) angioembolization and cardiac septal closure, etc. Other interventional techniques include laser vascular therapy, cardiac pacing, cardiac pacing and cardiac septal closure. Other interventional techniques include laser angioplasty, arterial plaque dissection, targeted endovascular plaque excision, thrombus aspiration, intracoronary rotary milling, ultrasound angioplasty, "thermal" balloon angioplasty (including radiofrequency balloon, laser balloon, microwave thermal balloon), radial vascular scaffolding, and inductance intervention.
