Are there medical credits for engineering majors?
Engineering majors have medical credits. Biomedical engineering does not belong to the medical category, it belongs to the engineering specialty. It is a fringe discipline (a combination of science, engineering, and medicine) with a major curriculum of basic engineering courses and one-third medical courses during the undergraduate program. Graduates can be engaged in modern medical instruments, electronics, computers and information technology and other high-tech industries in research, design, manufacturing and application of work, but also in various types of hospitals engaged in clinical engineering and technical services, or engaged in the operation and use of general medical equipment, maintenance and repair and procurement management work.
