According to the State Council on the cancellation of the second batch of administrative approval projects and change the way of management of a number of administrative approval projects, the Provincial People's Government Decision: cancel the third batch of administrative approval projects 70 items, change the administrative approval project management mode 11 items (catalog attached). Where the cancellation of administrative approval projects of the relevant departments and units of the provincial government to stop the approval, and cancel the corresponding fees; change the management mode of the project, to be transferred to industry organizations or social intermediaries in a timely manner management.
