How does Elliot robot assist the production of traditional Chinese medicine?

Dambach (DBH), a joint customer of Aylett, conceived a production line of Fang Lin Chinese medicine solid preparation, which can adapt to the changes of production tasks and quickly adjust different dosage forms. The production line has truly realized the unmanned automation from boiling the equipment to notifying the courier to deliver the goods. Among them, "equipment management" is not a single loading and unloading, it needs to be flexible, and it needs to handle the handover work between multiple different equipments.

The traditional Chinese medicine industry has strict requirements on the production environment, such as safety, waterproof and anti-static. The final scheme is to combine a Dambach AGV+ Aylett cooperative robot EC66 into a composite robot, which is used as a transfer station between devices. The compound robot has the production characteristics of shockproof, image stabilization and mute prevention. The positioning accuracy of the terminal is as high as 0.05mm, the sanitary conditions meet GMP requirements, and the cleanliness of 100 is suitable for highly flexible production mode, which can provide an efficient system solution for the production and application of the whole Chinese medicine prescription preparation.

Process steps:

0 1 decocting equipment decocts traditional Chinese medicine to make traditional Chinese medicine decoction, and the system informs the compound robot to go to the discharge port of the equipment, and the Aylett cooperative robot on board finishes taking the material;

The compound robot sends the decoction of traditional Chinese medicine to the side of traditional Chinese medicine granulating equipment, and the Aylett cooperative robot on board pours the decoction into the inlet of the equipment to make solid granules;

03 After the traditional Chinese medicine granulating equipment makes the traditional Chinese medicine into solid particles, the system informs the compound robot to go to the discharge port of the traditional Chinese medicine granulating equipment, and the Aylett cooperative robot on board picks up the solid particles;

According to the patient's medication habit, the compound robot sends the solid particles into the particle packaging machine/capsule machine/tablet machine, and the Aylett cooperative robot on board pours them into the feed inlet of the equipment to make particles/capsules/tablets;

After the granule packaging machine/capsule machine/tablet press is completed, the system informs the compound robot to take granules/capsules/tablets from the equipment outlet and send them to the express delivery point. After completion, the system informs the courier company to arrange for the courier to pick up the medicine at home and deliver it to the patient.
