Article 5 The use of micropower radio equipment must avoid or tolerate interference from other legal radio stations or radiation interference from industrial, scientific and medical applications, and shall not be legally protected against interference, but may be reported to the local radio administration.
Article VI The use of micropower radio equipment is not required to apply for a radio station license, but must be subject to the necessary inspection or testing of its product performance indicators by the radio management office.
Article VII development of micropower radio equipment shall be issued in accordance with the national radio administration "development of radio transmitting equipment for the management of the regulations" to handle the relevant procedures.
Article VIII of the production and import of micropower radio equipment (or other equipment containing micropower radio equipment) shall be issued by the national radio regulatory agencies in accordance with the "import of radio transmitting equipment," the "production of radio transmitting equipment," the administrative regulations for the relevant procedures. Production, imported equipment should be marked on its prominent part of the micro-power radio equipment type approval code (the third letter for "D").
Producers should be accepted by the national or provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) radio management organizations on the performance indicators of their products inspection and testing. The performance indicators of the products produced shall meet the requirements of the provisions of this regulation, do not meet the requirements of the product shall not leave the factory.
Article IX without the State Radio Administration type approval of micropower radio equipment, shall not be produced, sold and used in China.
Article X has been approved by the State Radio Administration type of micropower radio equipment, any manufacturer or user shall not be unauthorized to change the use of frequency, increase the transmitter power (including the installation of additional radio frequency power amplifiers), unauthorized external antenna or other transmitting antenna, or to change the characteristics and functions of the original design.
Article XI of the micropower radio equipment must be installed in a complete housing, its external adjustment or control device is only used in the type of technical specifications within the scope of the approved adjustment or control.
Article XII performance and technical specifications of various types of micropower radio equipment are listed in the Annex. According to the development of technology and market demand, the State Radio Administration will modify and supplement the micropower radio equipment and technical specifications as appropriate.
The use of the following micro-power radio equipment must also comply with the following provisions:
1. Wireless microphone, biomedical telemetry equipment
If the use of the same frequency and the local sound and television broadcasting station frequency, shall not be used in the local area;
If interference to the local sound and television broadcasting reception, it should be immediately discontinued, pending the elimination of interference or adjusted to the interference-free frequency before re-use.
2. Crane or transmission machinery special remote control equipment, electronic crane scale wireless transmission of special equipment
Equipment must be installed before the electromagnetic environment test, so as to avoid interference or interference with the normal operation of other similar equipment, resulting in production accidents;
When harmful interference should immediately stop using, to eliminate interference or adjust to the frequency of non-interference can be re-used;
If the local sound television broadcasting reception of interference, should immediately stop using, until the elimination of interference or adjust to the frequency of non-interference can be re-used.
In order to protect the radio astronomy business of the Beijing Observatory, the equipment with the frequency of 229.0-235.0MHz shall not be used within the jurisdiction of Beijing.
3. Wireless remote control equipment for industrial use
It is limited to use in industrial plants (or buildings), with an interval of not less than 5 seconds between two transmissions.
4. Wireless data transmission equipment
Limited to the use of the building, the interval between two transmissions is not less than 5 seconds.
In order to protect the radio astronomy operations of the Beijing Observatory, equipment within the frequency range of 229.0-235.0 MHz shall not be used within the jurisdiction of Beijing.
5. Burglar alarm wireless control equipment
The duration of each radio wave transmission is not more than 1 second; the interval between two times is not less than 1 minute;
Must not be used for wireless control of toys.
6. General-purpose wireless remote control equipment
Must have an automatic control device, so that the duration of each radio wave emission of wireless control equipment for periodic operation does not exceed 1 second, and the time between two intervals is not less than 60 minutes; or so that the duration of each radio wave emission of equipment for non-periodic operation does not exceed 5 seconds, and the time between two intervals is not less than 60 minutes;
Must not be used for wireless control toys;
If the frequency of use is the same as the frequency of local sound and television broadcasting stations, it shall not be used locally;
If it interferes with the reception of local sound and television broadcasting, it shall be immediately discontinued, and shall not be reused until the interference is eliminated or adjusted to a non-interfering frequency.
7. Model toys radio remote control equipment
Limited to one-way control;
Not to be used in the vicinity of airports and air traffic control zones;
Not to be used in military control zones;
Article XIII of the importer and producer of the product in the instruction manuals or manuals should be printed the following content:
1. The technical specifications and scope of use specified in the Annex, explaining all controls, adjustments and switches and other methods of use;
2. No unauthorized change in the transmission frequency, increase the transmission power (including additional installation of radio frequency power amplifiers), unauthorized external antennae or other transmitting antennae;
3. The use of a variety of lawful radio communication services shall not cause harmful interference; Once the interference phenomenon is found, it should immediately stop using and take measures to eliminate the interference before continuing to use;
4. The use of micro-power radio equipment, must endure the interference of various radio services or industrial, scientific and medical applications of radiation interference equipment;
5. It shall not be used in the vicinity of airplanes and airports.
