How many hours can the oxygen generator work continuously?
After the raw air is pressurized by the compressor, solid impurities such as oil, dust and water are removed by the air pretreatment device and cooled to normal temperature. The treated compressed air enters the adsorption tower with molecular sieve through the air inlet valve, nitrogen and carbon dioxide in the air are adsorbed, and the gas flowing out is high-purity oxygen. When the adsorption tower reaches a certain saturation, close the air inlet valve and open the flushing valve, and the adsorption tower enters the flushing stage. After that, close the flushing valve and open the desorption valve to enter the desorption regeneration stage. The two adsorption towers respectively carry out the same circulation process to realize continuous gas supply. The whole system is completely controlled by single chip microcomputer. At present, air liquefaction is not used in general oxygen production, and the cost is too high. Using molecular sieve, the high purity oxygen generator can work continuously at room temperature for more than 3 days.
