Will quarantine still be required to travel around the Northeast? Or are there still any restrictions on traveling?

Required.

Many communities in many places have explicitly asked for 14 days of active quarantine after returning from the field before they can go out and return to work, and there are also many places where the epidemic is not very well distributed, so there is no such mandatory requirement to quarantine after returning from a train ride.

But it's safer to isolate yourself for 14 days after getting off the train. This will prevent the virus from spreading again. If you accidentally come into contact with someone carrying the virus on the train, and you don't quarantine them after you get off the train, the virus will spread more and more, and the number of people infected with the virus will increase. If you feel unwell during the quarantine period, you can go to the hospital in time for treatment. The quarantine is a personal responsibility and a social responsibility.
