TGL20M desktop high-speed refrigerated centrifuge manual

1. Features and uses

The machine casing is made of steel and the surface is spray-coated. It has good rigidity, high strength, novel shape and beautiful appearance. It has the advantages of low noise, small temperature rise, safety and reliability. It is suitable for experimental analysis work with small sample volume and many separation steps. It is widely used in universities, colleges and scientific research institutes. , pharmaceutical, medical and other units. This machine can be used safely when the ambient temperature is 5-40℃, the relative humidity does not exceed 80%, and there is no conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas around. At the same time, because this machine is equipped with a refrigeration unit imported from France, it can also be used in low-temperature environments as needed, and its minimum operating temperature can reach -10°C. Therefore, the use conditions are more superior and the application is wider. 2. Operating procedures

1. Place the centrifuge on a flat table or platform, visually check to make it horizontal, shake the centrifuge gently with your hand, and check whether the centrifuge is placed smoothly.

2. Open the door cover, gently place the rotor on the motor shaft, and tighten the nut to tightly connect the rotor and motor shaft (note that the movements should be careful and gentle, and avoid large left and right shaking and upward movement. Pull down and press down to avoid damaging the flexible support of the motor). When finished, gently rotate the rotor body with your hands. The rotor should rotate flexibly.

3. Put the centrifuge tube into the test tube and put it into the test tube hole of the rotor. The centrifuge tubes must be placed in an even number and symmetrically, and the test solution in the tube must be uniform to ensure balanced operation of the instrument.

4. Close the door cover and check whether it is locked (after closing, gently lift the door cover, but the door cover cannot be opened). 5. Turn on the power and press the power switch.

6. Set operating parameters such as rotor number, speed, and time.

Each time you press the selection key, the digital tubes of the rotor, speed, and time windows flash in sequence, and the flashing window indicates The window has entered the setting state.

(1) Set the rotor number: Press the selection key. When the digital tube of the rotor window flashes, the rotor number setting is entered. Press the "plus" or "minus" key to select this setting. The rotor number used in this operation.

Special reminder: The set rotor number must be consistent with the configuration specifications of the rotor during actual operation (the operating parameters of different rotor numbers are mainly different in the maximum speed limit).

(2) Set the number of revolutions: Press the selection key. When the digital tube in the speed window flashes, it enters the speed setting. Then press the "plus" or "minus" key to determine the number of revolutions of the centrifuge this time.

Special reminder: The rotors configured in this machine have their own maximum speed limits. For specific values, please see the [Rotor Equipped with] column in the "Technical Specifications". Users must strictly abide by this when setting speed parameters. Excessive speed is strictly prohibited to ensure safe operation.

Note: When setting the speed parameters, in order to achieve stable operation, the segmented speed increase method can be used, that is, each time it increases by 2000-3000rpm, it will stabilize for a few seconds before continuing to increase the speed.

(3) Set the temperature: Press the selection key. When the digital tube in the temperature window flashes, it enters the temperature setting. Then press the "plus" or "minus" key to determine the current operating temperature of the centrifuge.

Special reminder: When setting temperature parameters, if the instrument needs to operate at low temperature (below zero degrees Celsius or much lower than the ambient temperature), the refrigeration method needs to be adopted, that is, first set only the temperature according to the required low temperature. Parameters, other revolutions and time parameters are not set for the time being. Then start the instrument to cool down first (the angle rotor is cooled at the same time). When it is pre-cooled to the set low temperature, set other rotation speed and time parameters to start running. The screws connecting the rotor and the motor shaft must be tightened very tightly.

(4) When each of the above steps is completed, you should press the OK button immediately to confirm, otherwise the set value will automatically disappear and return to the original value after flashing for 8 seconds.

7. Finally, after the above settings have been carefully checked and confirmed to be correct, press the automatic button to start the instrument and enter operation. During operation, if you want to check the centrifugal force, press the "speed/centrifugal force" button (the yellow indicator light is on), and the window will display the current speed. centrifugal force, press this button again to restore the speed display.

8. When the running time countdown reaches "0", the centrifuge will automatically stop. When the speed reaches 0, the buzzer will sound. Press "Approve" " button can cancel the beep. In case of emergency during operation, press the "Stop" button. The buzzer will not sound when the centrifuge stops.

9. Only after confirming that the rotor has completely stopped, can the door be opened. Cover, carefully remove the centrifuge tube, and complete the entire separation process. 10. Turn off the power switch and cut off the power of the centrifuge. 3. Precautions

1. To ensure safety and centrifugation effect, the instrument must be placed on a sturdy, shock-proof , on a level table, and ensure that the four machine corners receive balanced force.

2. The centrifuge tube must be placed symmetrically, the solution in the tube must be uniform, and the screws connecting the rotor and the motor shaft must be tightened tightly.

3. The centrifuge must not be moved during operation, and the door cover must not be opened. 4. The door cover must not be opened until the motor and rotor have stopped completely. 5. The instrument must be reliably grounded.

6. After separation, wipe the instrument clean in time, turn off the power switch of the instrument and unplug the power plug.

7. Take it out When removing the rotor, you must use the special handle provided with this machine, or gently tap the rotor body with a non-metallic tool (such as a screwdriver handle), and repeat until the connection between the rotor and the motor shaft is loosened. It is strictly forbidden to loosen the nut after Just pull it upwards with your hands to avoid damaging the flexible support of the motor.

8. Before each operation, carefully check the rotor and centrifuge tube for cracks, aging, etc., and replace them in time if necessary .

4. Common faults and troubleshooting methods

This machine is equipped with a fault display window. When the machine fails, the "Time/Fault" window will display E1--E6 , its meaning is as follows:

E1----Unbalanced E2----Overspeed E3----Door not closed E4----Door open during operation E5----Stalled rotor E6----Setting error

When E5 occurs, it is a motor or control system fault and needs to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. The remaining faults can be eliminated by the operator by re-operating and setting them correctly. Some common problems with this machine Troubleshooting methods are as follows: Common faults

Cause troubleshooting methods After plugging in the power supply, the display does not light up. There is no 220V power supply. Check the power supply. The fuse is blown. Check or replace it. The display shows 0000 and press Start

The key instrument does not operate

The circuit board or transformer is damaged, replace the control system connector and the connector is loose

Update and tighten the key, the key is damaged, replace the panel. The motor is damaged or has leakage. Check that the motor can run but the speed cannot increase. , the machine has strange noises or odors. If the control system or motor fails, send it to the manufacturer for repair. The actual speed is different from the set or displayed speed, and it is out of control or unstable.

If the control system fails, send it to the manufacturer for repair. Err is displayed after powering on. The control system is faulty. Send it to the manufacturer for repair. The temperature cannot reach the set low temperature
