Special equipment refers to boilers, pressure vessels, gas cylinders, pressure pipes, elevators, lifting machinery, passenger ropeways, large amusement facilities and special motor vehicles in the field, which are related to life safety and have great risks. Among them, boilers, pressure vessels, gas cylinders and pressure pipelines belong to pressure-bearing special equipment; Elevator, hoisting machinery, passenger ropeway and large amusement facilities belong to electromechanical special equipment.
3. What kinds of special equipment are there?
Pressure-bearing special equipment, such as boilers, refers to equipment that uses various fuels, electricity or other energy sources to heat the liquid to a certain parameter and provide heat energy in the form of external output media; Special pressure-bearing equipment, including materials used, attached safety accessories, safety protection devices and facilities related to safety protection devices.
4. Is the annual inspection of special equipment overdue?
If you can, stop using it immediately and apply for regular inspection. If the inspection cannot be carried out immediately, you can apply to the Special Equipment Section of the local market supervision administration for an extension of the inspection of special equipment, and explain the reasonable reasons, time limit and safety measures. If an accident happens during this period, all the responsibilities will be borne by you. Otherwise, if it is found out by the special equipment supervision department, it will send you a rectification notice and order it to be corrected within a time limit; If no correction is made within the time limit, a fine of 2000 yuan or more and 20 thousand yuan or less shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to stop using or suspend production and business for rectification.
Five, special equipment overdue inspection, how to punish?
Special equipment needs to be inspected on time. If it is not inspected, it will be punished by the relevant provisions of the Special Equipment Safety Law and needs to be punished. Those who use the design documents of special equipment for manufacturing without identification shall be ordered to make corrections, the illegally manufactured special equipment shall be confiscated, and a fine of 50,000 yuan to 500,000 yuan shall be imposed.

Article 82 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Safety of Special Equipment violates the provisions of this Law, and if a special equipment business unit commits one of the following acts, it shall be ordered to stop its business, confiscate the illegally operated special equipment, and impose a fine of not less than 30,000 yuan but not more than 300,000 yuan; Illegal income, confiscate the illegal income:
1. Selling or renting special equipment that is produced without a license, and has not been inspected or failed to pass the inspection;
2. Selling or renting special equipment that has been explicitly eliminated or scrapped by the state, or special equipment that has not been maintained in accordance with the requirements of safety technical specifications.
In violation of the provisions of this law, the sales unit of special equipment fails to establish the system of acceptance and sales records, or the imported special equipment fails to fulfill the obligation of prior notification, it shall be ordered to make corrections and be fined from 10,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan.
Where a production unit of special equipment sells or delivers special equipment that has not been inspected or fails to pass the inspection, it shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of this article; If the circumstances are serious, the production license shall be revoked.
