1, prepare the application materials
Enterprises need to prepare relevant materials according to the requirements of the declaration guide, and ensure the authenticity, completeness and accuracy of the materials. These materials usually include but are not limited to the basic information of the enterprise, financial statements, R&D project descriptions, intellectual property certificates, market share certificates, etc.
2. Online declaration and submission
Login system: enterprises need to declare through the designated online platform (such as the website of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology or the gradient cultivation platform for high-quality SMEs).
Fill in information: fill in basic information, financial data, research and development, market performance and other related contents on the platform, and upload the application materials prepared before.
Submit application: After confirming all the information, submit the application. Please note that the reporting time is limited. For example, the sixth batch of professional and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises apply online from April 25th to May19th, 2024, and the enterprises need to complete the application during this period.
3. Review and recommendations
Preliminary examination: the industrial informatization (small and medium-sized enterprises) departments of all districts, cities and counties (cities) conduct preliminary examination on the online application materials of enterprises, put forward preliminary examination opinions, and confirm the recommended enterprises online.
Text recommendation: After passing the preliminary examination, the relevant departments will report the text to the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology to complete the review and recommendation.
4, review and appraisal
Formal review: the provincial competent department of industry and information technology or the corresponding competent department of industry and information technology will conduct formal review on the recommended enterprises that meet the prescribed conditions.
Expert review and on-the-spot investigation: enterprises that have passed the formal review will enter the expert review link and can accept on-the-spot investigation.
Publicity and identification: The list of enterprises that finally passed the evaluation will be publicized on the website of the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and related media. After publicity without objection, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology will announce the list of recognized enterprises.
