The patients in this group were intravenously titrated with mannitol 0.25g/kg for about 25min, and titrated again after an interval of 7h. In the process of inspecting the ward need to pay attention to cerebral hemorrhage coma patient's body movement, to see if it has emotional instability restlessness and fidgeting occurs, in order to prevent the patient's involuntary action caused by the aggravation of the condition, can be appropriate application of protective tape, in the nursing staff rounds at the same time, tell accompanying family members to pay attention to the patient's mood and movement. Keep the patient's skin clean and comfortable, in order to prevent the deep coma patients due to the body in the same position for a long time and the occurrence of decubitus ulcers, can be regularly turned over to the patient massage care, to promote blood circulation and limb function recovery, pay attention to the movement of the gentle, to prevent excessive force caused by the patient's re-injury.

2 results

In the 30 cases of cerebral hemorrhage coma patients with effective emergency care, 24 patients' clinical symptoms were relieved, the success rate of resuscitation was 80%, of which 14 patients were cured and discharged from the hospital, and 7 patients could not be cured due to the seriousness of the condition.

3 Discussion

Cerebral hemorrhage is a common and serious clinical complication in patients with intracranial vascular malformations, middle-aged and elderly hypertension and cerebral atherosclerosis, with rapid progression of the condition and great difficulty in resuscitation. In addition to observing patients' vital signs and routine nursing care, we need to pay special attention to whether the patients' respiratory tract is smooth, whether there is bleeding in the digestive tract and the prevention of complications, and notify the doctor in time for checking and treatment of any abnormal symptoms found in the observation records, communicate with the patients and their families, help them establish confidence in combating the disease, and strive for their cooperation in order to create positive conditions for the next treatment. The main reason for this is that it is a very important part of the process.

Today's era is progressing, and the economic and health aspects of society are also progressing, so the demand for nursing personnel in China is increasing. According to the World Health Organization, the proportion of doctors in the population in China has exceeded compared to the world average, but there are few nurses, so the ratio of doctors and nurses is seriously out of proportion. Finding a way for nursing education to match the development needs of hospitals, cultivating the nursing professionals that hospitals need, and improving the employment rate of graduates of health colleges and universities are some of the problems that need to be solved urgently nowadays. This paper is mainly for nursing education today and the development of the situation is analyzed, for the development of nursing education in China to make some contributions.

First, for our country to train a number of excellent nursing personnel

Now China's nursing education has become a multi-level, multi-channel system, such as specializing in this master's degree on behalf of China's advanced nursing education, this level of education has basically stepped into the right track. But the nursing grassroots still need more basic staff. Intermediate nursing education is to cultivate grass-roots nursing talent as the goal, so that graduating medical and nursing students in the employment of various levels of medical and nursing units to choose to engage in nursing work. In nursing education, attention needs to be paid to the combination of practice and theory, especially to the hands-on ability of students. Education should not only emphasize technology, but also educate students' moral character. On the one hand, China's nursing personnel are not as good as those in advanced countries in terms of service consciousness or philosophy, and there is still a great need for improvement. On the other hand, today's student population has a certain impact on education, and nowadays a large part of the nurses are only child pampered, so moral education is more important than the theory of teaching and skill improvement. The success of a person's career has a lot to do with his ideology and moral character, the cultivation of good moral character is a slow cultivation process, so it should be cultivated in the education of students, so that our nurses have a sincere, respect, caring and other excellent qualities.

1. Increase humanistic education courses. Today, humanistic care in in medicine needs to be better manifested. Humanistic care simply means ? The care shown to people,? Pave the way for the construction of a harmonious hospital. Hospitals are for people to carry out services, and health care personnel is the core staff, but also the creation of the hospital's nursing culture and delivery. 2. Male nursing staff in the nursing world is more advantageous. All of these changes have challenged the schools that conduct nursing education to cultivate talents who can adapt to the development of society. Therefore, there is still a long way to go in the nursing education business. Our country has a large population, and the proportion of the population in rural areas accounts for more than half of our country. Because our country's development is still relatively backward, the allocation of urban and rural medical resources is also not reasonable enough, the students' concept of employment is also not perfect, as well as by the influence of economic conditions, many students are willing to live in big cities, want to be employed in large hospitals. With the progress of medical technology, social development, the improvement of people's living standards, the residents' understanding of health continues to improve, the number of nursing staff is not yet able to meet the needs of society, so, while cultivating talents, we should pay attention to the guidance of the students' thinking, so that the students have a correct concept of employment. In the usual educational activities, schools should educate students to have the concept of employment nursing work in the community. Students should be allowed to have the ideological concept of actively responding to the call of the country to pay their share of contribution to the development of the country. The state should support the idea that nursing students should go to the grassroots and into the community after graduation. Nursing students should apply the knowledge and skills they have learned at the grassroots level and in the community. They should provide health care services for the people at the grassroots level and improve the physical quality of the people at the grassroots level for the benefit of the people at the grassroots level and the people at the grassroots level.
