No less than 12 first-class registered constructors specializing in municipal public works.
Technical leader has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a senior title in municipal engineering related professional; municipal engineering related professional title of intermediate or above not less than 30 people, and the specialty is complete.
The construction site management personnel holding job certificates of not less than 50 people, and construction workers, quality personnel, safety personnel, mechanical personnel, costing personnel, laborers and other personnel.
Not less than 150 skilled workers above intermediate level who are qualified by examination or training.
Enterprise performance requirements:
In the past 10 years, the company has undertaken the construction of four of the following seven categories of projects, including at least the first category of the listed projects, the quality of the project is qualified.
(1) Accumulated construction of urban trunk roads of more than 25 kilometers; or cumulative construction of urban secondary roads above the road area of more than 1.5 million square meters; or cumulative construction of urban plaza hard pavement area of more than 100,000 square meters;
(2) cumulative construction of urban bridges of more than 100,000 square meters; or cumulative construction of urban bridges with a single span of more than 40 meters of three;
(3) the cumulative construction of more than 1-meter diameter drainage pipe (including net width of more than 1-meter square ditch) project more than 20 kilometers; or the cumulative construction of more than 0.6-meter diameter water supply, water pipeline project more than 20 kilometers; or the cumulative construction of more than 20 kilometers of diameter of more than 0.3 meters of medium-pressure gas pipeline project; or the cumulative construction of more than 20 kilometers of diameter of more than 0.5 meters of the heat pipeline project;
< p>(4) the construction of more than 80,000 tons / day of sewage treatment plant or more than 100,000 tons / day of water supply plant project 2; or the construction of more than 200,000 tons / day of water supply pumping station, more than 100,000 tons / day of drainage pumping station 4;(5) the construction of more than 500 tons / day of urban garbage disposal project 2;
(6) cumulative construction of cross-section of 20 square meters above the Urban tunnel project more than 3 kilometers;
(7) a single contract value of more than 30 million yuan of municipal comprehensive engineering projects 2.
Enterprise Personnel Requirements:
No less than 12 registered construction engineers specializing in municipal public works.
Technical leader has more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has a municipal engineering related professional senior title or municipal public works first-class registered constructor qualification; municipal engineering related professional title of not less than 15 people, and professional complete.
The construction site management personnel holding job certificates of not less than 30 people, and construction workers, quality personnel, safety personnel, mechanical personnel, cost estimators, labor clerks and other personnel are complete.
Not less than 75 skilled workers above intermediate level who are qualified by examination or training.

(4) the construction of more than 40,000 tons / day sewage treatment plant or more than 50,000 tons / day water supply plant project 2; or the construction of more than 50,000 tons / day water supply pumping station, drainage pumping station 4;
(5) the construction of 200 tons / day More than 2 urban waste disposal projects;

Technical performance:
Technical performance of the person in charge (or registered constructor) has presided over the completion of the project performance required by the standard of this category of qualification level 2 or above is not less than 2 items.
Scope of Contracting Works
The first level of qualification
can undertake the construction of all kinds of municipal public works.
Second-grade qualification
Can undertake the construction of the following municipal public works:
(1) all kinds of urban roads; urban bridges with a single span of less than 45 meters;
(2) water supply projects with a capacity of less than 150,000 tons per day; sewage treatment projects with a capacity of less than 100,000 tons per day; water supply pumping stations with a capacity of less than 250,000 tons per day; sewage pumping stations with a capacity of less than 150,000 tons per day; rainwater pumping stations; and water pumping stations with a capacity of less than 100,000 tons per day; and water pumping stations with a capacity of less than 100,000 tons per day. rainwater pumping station; all types of water supply and drainage and water pipeline projects;

(7) single contract value of 40 million yuan or less of municipal comprehensive engineering.
Third-level qualification
Can undertake the construction of the following municipal public works:
(1) urban road works (excluding expressway) under the urban bridge project;
(2) 80,000 tons / day below the water supply plant; 60,000 tons / day below the sewage works; 100,000 tons / day below the water supply pumping station, 100,000 tons / day below the sewage pumping station, Rainwater pumping stations, water supply pipelines with a diameter of less than 1 meter; sewage and water pipelines with a diameter of less than 1.5 meters;
(3) 2 kg / cm2 of medium-pressure, low-pressure gas pipelines, regulator stations; heating area of 500,000 square meters of heat works, heat pipelines with a diameter of less than 0.2 meters;
(4) 5,000 square meters of urban plazas, surface parking lots, hard surfaces.
(5) a single contract value of 25 million yuan or less of municipal integrated projects;
(6) a single contract value of 25 million yuan or less of urban waste disposal projects;
(7) a single contract value of 20 million yuan or less of underground transportation projects (excluding rail transit projects).
