I, emergency plan drill task

The hazards of the landslide is very great, a direct threat in the landslide (foot of the slope) body under the front edge of the villagers living in 15 households 50 people's lives and property safety. The body of the landslide is currently in the early stage of creeping slip, when continuous rainfall (heavy rainfall, torrential rain) and other factors, the landslide may at any time produce sudden sliding, the stability of the landslide is very poor, there is a tendency to slip quickly.

2. Exercise staff division of labor:

Tasks: rapid organization of rescue teams and militia reserves rushed to the scene of the disaster area to organize rescue and relief, responsible for organizing and guiding the people in distress to carry out self-rescue and mutual rescue work; responsible for the unified mobilization, command on-site rescue team, the implementation of on-site rescue and relief; responsible for the implementation of rescue and relief work safety measures, rescue people in distress and transfer of national property at the scene of the disaster; to complete the scene of the rescue and relief headquarters of the work of the other tasks assigned. Tasks for the organization of experts to carry out on-site investigation to identify the conditions of disaster formation, triggering factors, the scope of the impact and the loss of people and property, to determine the level of geological hazards; the establishment of a professional monitoring network, the stability of the current situation of the disaster point monitoring and assessment; the possibility of reoccurring geologic hazards to put forward to prevent or delay the reoccurrence of disaster measures; to provide a detailed and accurate meteorological forecasts of the disaster site; to put forward the best route for evacuation, transfer of people and property, the best route for evacuation and transfer of property. The best route for the evacuation and transfer of property and the opinion on the temporary relocation of disaster victims; complete other tasks assigned by the Geological Disaster Relief Headquarters.

Logistical material security group: Xu Enzhao as head of the group, members of the relevant departments of the staff. Tasks: responsible for rescue and relief funds in place in full and on time; responsible for the temporary resettlement of the victims; responsible for the transfer, storage and distribution of relief supplies; for the victims to provide the maintenance of the basic necessities of life and rescue and relief personnel life security.
