1. Direct Sorting Method The direct sorting method is a relatively comparative method, which is mainly used to sort the employees according to the performance on a certain evaluation factor from the best-performing employees to the worst-performing employees. It is a qualitative evaluation method.
2. Pairwise Comparison Method
For a certain performance evaluation element, each employee is compared with other employees to determine who is "better", record each employee and any other employee is considered "better" when compared to the number of times, according to the high and low times. Record the number of times each employee is considered "better" when compared to any other employee, and rank the employees according to the number of times. Similar to the direct ranking method, it is also a relative qualitative evaluation method.
