Usage: Conductivity sensor is used to monitor the change of influent composition and is also the basis of chemical phosphorus removal control strategy.
2. Total organic carbon measuring instrument
Usage: TOC represents the content of total organic carbon in sewage, and it is also an index to characterize the degree of organic pollution in water.
3. Flow monitor
Uses: Flow monitoring instruments mainly include cam, rotor flowmeter, turbine flowmeter, target metering tank, electromagnetic flowmeter, ultrasonic flowmeter, etc.
4. Dissolved oxygen measuring instrument
Usage: Oxygen plays a very important role in activated sludge process, and the related aeration cost accounts for about 40% of the total operating cost, so oxygen sensor has become the most widely used measuring and monitoring instrument in sewage treatment plants. Oxygen measurement is based on the electrochemical reaction of diffused oxygen in liquid. Dissolved oxygen (DO) sensor is a reliable and accurate measuring instrument, but the appropriate measuring position must be carefully selected to prevent scaling. At present, automatic cleaning system is quite common, and some dissolved oxygen sensors with cleaning system and self-calibration have been applied. DO sensor is widely used in the control of aeration process, which saves a lot of investment, and the information obtained can also be used to monitor any activated sludge treatment process.
5. Drying furnace
Objective: To practice the experiment.
6.PH meter
Uses: pH value is an important variable in biochemical process, and also a key value in anaerobic digestion and nitrification. Usually, pH electrodes are installed in sewage treatment plants to soak human sludge, and long-term maintenance-free can be achieved through different cleaning strategies. For wastewater with high buffering capacity, pH measurement may be insensitive to process changes, so it is not suitable for process supervision and control. In this case, a carbonate measuring system can be used.
7.colorimeter
Application: color detection of water quality
8. microscope
Uses: Used for observation of sludge microorganisms.
9. Oxygen demand measuring instrument, COD rapid digestion instrument
Uses: The so-called chemical oxygen demand (COD) refers to the amount of oxidation consumed when treating water samples with a strong oxidant under certain conditions. It is an index indicating the quantity of reducing substances in water.
10. muffle furnace
Objective: To practice the experiment.
1 1. spectrophotometer, including 72 1, 722, 752, etc.
Uses: metal ion analysis: total phosphorus, total mercury, total cadmium, total chromium, total arsenic, total nitrogen and hexavalent chromium.
12. Biochemical incubator
Uses: Used for the culture and preservation of bacteria, molds, microorganisms, tissues and cells, as well as water quality analysis and BOD test.
13 oscillator
Uses: Used for shaking culture of various liquid and solid compounds such as biology, biochemistry, cells and strains.
14. suspended solids measuring instrument at sludge interface
Usage: The sludge interface in the secondary sedimentation tank is a key control factor. Appropriate sludge interface thickness can prevent sludge from rotting and phosphorus from being released into supernatant and effluent, which is related to the biological phosphorus removal effect.
15. Analytical balance
Objective: To practice the experiment.
